Went in and server seemed nice... but she was catering to this ratchet table because they ordered a bunch of to go food. We got our food, i didn't get my drink due to the server being over worked. Finally got it and the orange juice taste like water. Never got a drink... I didn't even wana finish my food. Then we were held hostage by the server because she wanted to prioritize this ratchet table...instead of checking the other 3 tables out who have been clearly waiting for a WHILE, she comes back with bags and bags of to go food. Eventually she made it back to us and let us pay for our food. I dont think you could pay me to eat here again.

We were seated at a booth and both seats were split open with one had been taped shut but it was worn and was opening again. We had to wait almost an hour for our food. I had ordered scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage patty (which I was given bacon,) and wheat toast. My husband’s order was correct. My eggs were dried out and looked like they had been sitting for a long time. Our toast was not ready and the waitress said no one had put the toast down in the toaster for her, so it would be two minutes for our toast. Another couple who were sitting across from us were told they didn’t have the French fries ready and it will be two minutes for them! Tables were not being cleared off. The kitchen was definitely the issue. The place needs a new manager and new cooks if it is going to stay open. Terrible experience and we won’t be going back there.

Afternoon service was absolutely terrible. Only 1 person working, got the order wrong, and the food was scarce. Got the sirloin tips and eggs that are usually to die for but they had only like 4 pieces of meat with onions and mushrooms spread out to make it look fuller, the eggs were either really runny or pretty much burnt, and the hashbrowns u couldn't even get a fork through, even though we asked for the potato squares. They said they'd bring different eggs but they never did and the pancakes that came with the meal didn't come out till we were ready to leave. All the food was pretty much ruined. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED... we love the sirloin tips and eggs but this was the most disappointing meal we've ever had.

When we first got there we had to wait for a few minutes which was fine because they had to grab more silverware. Then we got sat down and got asked what we wanted to drink. I said chocolate milk ,they were out , okay thats fine , I just got hot chocolate. Then my friend ordered tea she was re filling the cup with the tea kettle . The server asked if she wanted another kettle of water she said yes but the server never brought it. We were in there first but got served last. I Then asked for two to go containers and the server seemed to be mad that I asked. I went up to pay and paid then asked what we wanted to tip. I tipped no problem but I asked for a bag but the server seemed to be mad about that as well. Food was good though , the restaurant was clean .

We dined on sunday 2/22/26 and I don’t quite know what was going on with the kitchen but we were there for nearly 2 HOURS. No manager in site. Pancakes were burnt, drinks were empty, my food came out 20 minutes after everyone else’s. No apology, no comps. Won’t be back

I request everyone please do go to this restaurant. Long wait times I have waiting for a togo order for more than 40 minutes in the lobby. No one attended me they told 5 minutes when I have arrived and it took more than 50 minutes to get the order.

Waited 30 minutes past my order pick up time and got barely any hash browns, stale toast, and no butter for my pancakes. The place wasn't even busy. People were walking out because no one bothered to seat them. I love IHOP, but I'll never go to this one again.
I took my grandson to out to have brunch before i move away to texas. He loves iHop I do not. Had bad experience before, but it was for him. I order hash browns and turkey bacon. He order some combo.i take a bite of hash browns, low n beold i feel a hair in my mouth. I wanted to throw up. I was discounted, but never again will I eat there.

Service is very slow! We were the only table in the restaurant and our food took over an hour to receive. We watched people at the door walk out, because they weren't even acknowledged in a reasonable amount of time. Attempted to dine here a second time and noticed maybe 4 occupied tables in the entire restaurant. We waited to be seated for too long, so we left!

The server took it upon herself to add a tip to my check, which I used a card to pay with. All after my partner tipped her CASH!!!! They still haven't put my unauthorized monies back to my card!!! This IHOP is trash!!! Always has been since opening here on Miller Lane. Just happened to go in with a friend who wanted to go there. She has learned her lesson with this place as well.
