I got an undercooked chicken sandwich that my kids ate. Once I saw the whole center was raw, I brought it up to the staff. When my bill came, the chicken sandwich was still on there. The waiter informed me that the manager said that since it was partially eaten, we had to pay for it. But they gave me a military discount for my troubles. Funny thing is I AM active duty military. I'm mostly mad that my kids ate raw chicken, and we were treated like we were trying to get a free ride or something.

OMG!!! where to begin with this!! FIRST NO STAFF!! The Hostess said there were ONLY 4 People working should have left BUT I(we) where not in a hurry!! WAITED FOR DRINKS WAITED FOR FOOD....JUST WAITED!! Question..... when there is not enough staff should a restaurant close???It was very warm!! in the restaurant, Floor was sticky, needed a Highchair it was DIRTY AND STICKY!! PEOPLE that came in after me and my family got their food before we didThe server was nice....BUT!! forgot items we asked for a FEW times....food had flavor but was not hot!!

TERRIBLE. It was hot inside and everything felt sticky, it took 40 minutes for our food to come out (just a bacon and egg sandwich and kids Mac and cheese), the waitress didn’t refill our drinks, wasn’t friendly, and I found a piece of plastic from a brush or something in my sandwich. When I told the server she said “okay” and walked away, didn’t offer to take it off the bill or anything. Disgusting, will never return

The omelet was greasy, the pancakes were cooked too hard, the butter was still frozen. Not good at all. There weren't that many people in there either. This was at breakfast time.

We waited for ever to get coffee and when our food came an hour later my eggs Benedict the eggs were hard I did send it back the food was good but the device is terrible. Coffee refills took 10 mins . Don't go unless you have a couple hours to spare. They weren't that busy

When we arrived, the hostess was very nice. I asked "how are you doing" and she just replied with a giggle. It made my day. The server was very nice and everything was quick.

Arrived on a Monday, wasn't too busy. Witnessed a lot of disgruntled customers looking around and waiting on service. I'm assuming that it was a staffing issue so I cannot say that it was their fault. However as a company, you have to get staffing in to run your business. My wife and I left after 10 minutes of waiting after being sat and also seeing the others around us wanting to leave

Pancakes were ok, rest of the food was terrible. Sausage looked like it sat under a heat lamp for 3 days before I got it. 65$ way over priced. Not going again.
