Larry and Lester are a team of brothers that have their Invoke at the 2nd Street Market. Today I got a breakfast hash and it was so fresh and delicious. The secret sauce isn’t a secret if by any chance you watched Lester win season 2 of Top Vegan! Thanks guys for your winning attitude, it is always a pleasure to be in your presence. The thing that got me was how long the food took. Initial estimate was 20 mins but it was more like 40 mins.
Maybe they were understaffed. I'll give this place another shot. Try the chicken and waffles when you go. The waffles were prime.

The chicken and waffles were superb. Wait time was long, and the atmosphere of the morning market is not my preferred vibe, but that is not really the fault of Invoke.
I went to try the Eggs Bennie but their menu had changed, I was still very happy with my second choice.

As a melanated vegan it’s hard to find new creative takes on cuisine especially from Black Owned Establishment's. I had the Car Dawg and it was amazing!! I haven’t had a hot dog since I became Vegan, they used a Carrot as the hot dog and this sandwich truly elevated my taste buds. 10/10 and the red invoke sauce OMG so flavorful.
They made sure we had everything we needed.
