I’ve been a long-time fan of this restaurant and almost always order the slow-roasted prime rib at medium rare. It’s consistently been tender, tasty, and full of flavor. However, during my visit yesterday, I experienced something very different.

My usual prime rib arrived much rarer than normal and unusually tough to cut — something I’ve never encountered with this dish. For the first time in all my years of dining out, I sent a steak back to the kitchen.

When it returned, the situation only became more puzzling. The appearance looked off, and the flavor and texture didn’t resemble the prime rib I’ve always enjoyed here. It was disappointing enough that I couldn’t finish it, which has never happened before. I boxed it up, hoping I might be able to salvage it at home.

Despite this one-off experience, I still consider this a quality restaurant and plan to return. That said, this incident makes me hesitant to order my longtime favorite again. I’m hopeful this was just an unusual hiccup in an otherwise excellent track record, but it certainly stood out compared to years of consistently great meals.

I stopped for lunch and ordered the All American Cheeseburger ($18). I got a good-sized burger with all the fixings and a generous portion of shoestring fries. Delicious! A small (8 oz.) beer was $8.Elija W. was very attentive.

Food was great! Wife had MAUI steak and was in love with the sauce. I went with the Filet Mignon with mac and cheese and both where really good! Service was great. Good place to go for special occasions.

My wife and I had dinner here on 7-31. We both ordered the veggie burger with french fries. We have not ate here in years and agreed the veg patty and glaze has changed for the worse. Sadly we kept eating it. I was hungrier than my wife and in a zone so I complained as I ate hoping it would get better. It didn't. Our waitress hardly returned to our table. In the past everyone served your table and that was impressive. You were given delicious croissants with your salad and a jug of water when you were seated. Not so today. Today you have to wait for your server to finish their break to get a water refill. In the bathroom I saw tiny black flies flying around the wall mirrors. We complained to the Manager first. I told her about the food and flies. She mentioned a recent plumbing issue. She offered desert for the meals. We asked for a refund. She said the District Manager was in and offered to send her over. The DM wouldn't refund any portion of our meals or the cost of the offered deserts because we ate almost all of our meals. She was correct. We did. She said she has worked here 10+ years and assured us veggie patty recipe has not been changed. Of course it changed. The patties went from solid red from beet juice and topped with a sweet glaze to a brown patty with beet cubes topped with an almost burnt overpowering ginger sauce. We paid and left. Sometimes there is no way around a bad meal. It's a difficult lesson. Complain quickly about meals, then get up and leave.

Steak was perfectly cooked and its taste wasn't hidden under layers of seasoning but was well seasoned.

Honestly it is very overhyped. I went here a couple days ago with my girlfriend and we waited for like 20 minutes for a seat. It was a ridiculous amount for very bland salty food. The servers and staff were lovely we did have manager ask us how was everything. It was just very disappointing food for the cost and wait.

My go to spot when I want an excellent prime rib. They have never disappointed. Ordered a weller full proof to accompany the steak and Alex salad and it was nirvana. Finished with warm carrot cake and it was outstanding. Order this and thank me later😊

I really enjoyed the food and the servers were wonderful. Though I overheard a manager in a blue uniform was constantly following servers and viewing our table made me and the Mrs. feel weird.

Most overrated restaurant I’ve ever been to. I rarely write reviews but this was so unbelievably mid. No one was friendly, food was so bland, and the seafood tasted like it came frozen from Aldi. Worst $100 bucks I’ve ever spent.
