Jersey Mike's Subs

I had a gentleman named Caleb wait on me yesterday. He was kind and made a tasteful sandwich. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was positive

The best Jersey Mike's in the area! All the subs I've got here have been top quality!

The sub was fresh and tasted good. It was exactly what I ordered. Place was clean. Took a while to order, though, because the guy in front of me (we were the only two in line) ordered 8 subs and the worker walked away after making his sandwiches and I had to wait while the other worker called him to come back before I could order. Once they finally took the order, it was fine. The food was good enough to overcome the experience of ordering.

I try to leave fair reviews. Service was a 1star. Food was a 4star. Only thing that made the food a 4star is the bread was kinda hard. And service 1star because the redhead girl with glasses and ear rings. Everything was fine at first although she didn’t ask if I wanted it mikes way. Not a big deal I am a regular so I asked for it to be mikes way. And everything was still fine checking out and I asked for our number 16 to be cut in half when it comes out. And she said of course I will go tell the cook now. Well when it was brought out it was not cut in half. A little annoying but still not a big deal. I walked to the front of the line by the cash register but not invading the space of who was checking out. I was definitely noticed with the guy holding a sub in his hand. After the redhead girl cashed out the lady she ignored me and went on to making another sub. So I moved in front of the register so she wouldn’t have a choice but to talk to me before cashing out the next customer. And she said what do you need and I said the sub never got cut and she said put it down on the counter and I will cut it. Then she apologized. So she didn’t say anything rude but the fact I had to wait an extra five minutes for my wife’s sub to be cut in half cause she wanted to avoid me is enough for me not to come back again.

Dietary restrictions: I used to eat at Penn Station, but since I no longer can have gluten, I can't eat there. Penn Station doesn't have gluten-free bread, BUT Jersey Mike's DOES!! 🙂 It's soft too and tastes great!

It Jersy Mike....what more can be said? I lived in Brooklyn for years, and this is as close to a sandwich that you can get outside the tri-state area.

This place literally sucks so bad I ordered the same sub there every single Sunday night after working 11 hours and for the last four weeks they could not get my sub right not even close tonight tonight instead of getting a Philly cheese with Rosemary Parmesan bread with just mayo mustard and oregano I got a chicken sandwich with lettuce tomato and whatever else they put on it I got to take it back they don’t have no bread imagine that I’m going to start going to another Jersey Mike’s instead of my local one they seem to have a bunch of dumb AZZ’s that work there

This is the greatest Jersey Mike’s on the face of the Earth. There is a young gentleman employed here (I wish I knew his name) who runs that sandwich line like he’s in the Navy. He knows what I want to order as soon as I walk in (especially impressive because it’s not on the physical in-store menu), and he makes it impeccably every time. The rest of the team is always professional, efficient, and friendly, as well. I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s restaurants all over the nation, and this is my favorite one.
