Jersey Mike's Subs

Make an online order drive 20 minutes to pick it up. Drive all the way hometo see they made my sandwich wrong. Wants me to drive another 20 minutes to show them they made my sandwich wrong like. I know #9 comes with bacon. I ordered extra bacon. My sandwich didn't come with bacon.

I was having an awful day. My life has been unraveling in EVERY way. However the woman that made my #7 made the difference. OMG very polite professional truly a woman of God. She and her crew made the difference. They all deserve 20 days of PTO a raise and promotion

I feel like the portion sizes have gotten smaller since Jersey Mikes was bought out by a big corporation, but the food is still delicious and this is still the best subs around . Good price point too!

I would give this place zero stars if I could ordered a big kahuna cheese steak in beef got home was chicken called the same night and told them I received the wrong order this stupid guy told me that they would remake my sub and give me a refund for th inconvenience I said fine .then next day I called and th ahead manager said he was only going to remake the sub I said ok that's fine .then I wasn't able to go get it remade because I got off work late then I called the same day and told them I wasn't going to be able to come because I got off work late and then they've said that's fine as long as you have the receipt you can come in qe get you taken care of so called today he telling me they looked on the camera he said it was steak I have no reason to lie about a 18 dollar sub sonhe said he wasn't going to remake it so I said fine I will call my bank and get my money back beware if jersey Mike's the first location I went to had hair in my food this one is a really shady restaurant never again first me .

I visit this Jersey Mike's probably the most and I've never been disappointed. I have a gluten allergy and the people working are always great about wiping everything down, changing gloves, putting my bread on paper, and using squeeze bottles for my mayo and honey mustard. Jersey Mike's just hits the spot in a way I can't decide. The Italian subs are mine and my kids favorite. One thing they could improve on is to change to Coke instead of Pepsi. The store is always clean and well-maintained. Quality food ingredients as well.

I had the pleasure with placing my order thru Caleb, his personality and the way he was running the store was awesome! Everyone of the members wa smiling and laughing with the customers 10/10 experience!

Very clean. Somewhat fast service. I ordered the bowl for the first time. Loved it. They should have more dressing choices other than ranch, oil & vinegar, buffalo sauce or just mayo. I git the oil and vinegar and was satisfied.

First time being at Jersey Mike’s and I got the chipotle Philly steak sub I believe I’m saying it right it was absolutely amazingly delicious 😋 I would definitely recommend to anyone the best sub around. The best sub I’ve ever had.

Second time in a row ordering from this restaurant in the past two weeks and them giving us the wrong order, missing items, etc.

Joseph and Liberty killed it with their service. Made the most amazing sand-witch. I had fun there. I can’t wait to come back.

Food was great. Subs prepared Mike's Way are the best. Stared at my two subs, waiting 3-4 minutes before fixins added. If they were busy or short staffed this would be ok, but they had at least six employees working. Focus should always be on getting customer orders out quickly.
