Ordered off the app (l know, poor choice since you can't watch them make it.) Had points for a regular so my husband got a cheese steak. Thumbs up there. I ordered a mini cold sub. Someone in that department was sleeping on the job as it had about 1/3 as much meat as l recall in previous orders. Tried to leave feedback in the app. 'Page not found' error. Tried calling the store directly. No answer. Disappointed.

That guy working there was rude he was acting like he didn't want to serve me he skipped me and helped the guy behind me and he didn't make my sub right so sad first time at this location and I will never ever ever go

Jersey Mike’s Subs brought the fire this evening! My wife and I split an Italian sub, and it was off the hook. The bread was perfect, the sandwich was packed full of goodness, and the service was ridiculously good. Aaron “A-Aron”was slinging sandwiches like a champ and keeping up with the barrage of people that followed my wife and I in! He did a great job for you all tonight. We’ll definitely be back!

Normally, really good, love the BLT. I ordered on the app, and it was the first time. I had to pick up on my way to work. Miamisburg Centerville rd location went in it wasn't in a bag waiting like others. It was on the counter wrapped just sitting. He looked around for it and then picked it up. When I got to work, the bread was very soggy, lettuce brown. It's was just not good.
