We got sandwiches. The meats were salty and greasy. The roast beef was dry. The pastrami was gristly. The fries were burnt. We sent them back and got slightly less burnt fries.The sandwiches with sides were $20 and they had the nerve to charge us a 3% fee for using a credit card!!I will not be back.

To give the service here 2 stars is a little generous. We were sat and not one waiter/waitress greeted us at our table for at least 15 minutes. The waitress, Carly, let us know she “doesn’t usually work Sundays and doesn’t really know the menu”; when we finally got our food, the spaghetti noodles were hard and cold, and the meatballs were burnt and hard. After reading reviews of this place, I was really looking forward to eating here but left disappointed.

My wife and I have heard many great things about this place, and we finally got the chance to try it. Our server was fantastic. He was friendly, polite, and gave good suggestions from the menu. But, the size of the place makes every voice echo, so if you're looking for something quiet, this is not the place. My wife had a hard time with this, as she has sensitive ears. I ordered a veggie sandwich that did not have nearly enough toppings to cover the cost. My wife and step son enjoyed their meals. The fries were good. After our server thanked us and said goodbye, the bus boy came to clean the table as we were walking away. I heard him say "come back here and tip me." That was unprofessional and rude. The server got a good tip, but we won't be going back.

Food was very good. Service was lacking. Wife ordered a beer and 5 minutes later tracked down waitress asked about the beer and her excuse was had to go downstairs. 5 minutes later another person walked around with a beer asking other tables if it was theirs. Passed up our table. Then the manager came with the beer. Asked to take it off. Waitress barely stopped by our table after that.

The environment was pretty cool. Wish it had played up the "Ladder House" feel a bit more. Food was good, but nothing to write home about. Our server was really nice, with a great personality.... Congratulations on his sobriety!!
Tracy was our server and she was amazing. She knows a hungry man when she sees one! The burgers were huge and delicious and the white pizza was perfect. Pretzel bites were warm and soft. Drinks hit the spot. If you have enough room, get the peanut butter pie. Omg sooo good!! Thank you Tracy, for making our visit splendid!

Fun place, great server, can't remember his name but he was wonderful! The hula chicken sandwich was good. And my very picky, especially about pizza, children loved the cheese pizza! Fish and chips was very good, especially the batter (that is coming from and Englishman!) ?
