Ordered an Italian Nite Club without mayonnaise. The read back and confirmed no mayonnaise. I get back to enjoy my sandwich and MF’r has mayonnaise on it.

First off, I never leave reviews on food places. But this Jimmy John's runs so well. I was in Dayton for a college extra-curricular tournament and needed quick food on one of my breaks. I decided to go into this store and I was in there for maybe one minute. I was rung up and given my sandwich unbelievably quick. You would think my sandwich would've been poorly made if it came out that quick, but it wasn't. It tasted great, it was a perfectly adequate sandwich. I didn't get the persons name who made the sandwich, but I hope he gets a raise. He was like a sandwich wizard. Great experience.

Ordered delivery. It never showed up. They bumped it to an Uber delivery. The store won’t answer their phone, the number attached to the Uber account doesn’t go to anyone. No way to solve this problem. Save yourself and don’t order from here.

We were sitting down around 30 minutes till close eating our sandwiches when all the sudden we get balls of dough thrown at us. There were lots of people in the restaurant and the workers chose to throw balls of sandwich dough at us. I am speechless.

I've been in here multiple times and it's always the employees. They are very rude and make it known to you that they don't want you ordering anything. They would rather send you to Penn Station next store than make a sandwich. The employees also said "one napkin per customer". In addition, they said they were closed and we had to leave, it was around 11:30, but they close at 2am. The employees turned the speaker all the way up that I couldn't even hear the person next to me. It took them 7 minutes and three employees to check me out. An employee came up to us while we were eating with a cup of change and shook it in our face. I have money left in my gift card, which i will be using at a different location. These employees create an environment of fear where they want you to know their the boss. It is not right. I don't know who is running this place, but they need to get a grip fast. I've never been to a Jimmy John's like this one. Last night the workers even took pictures of us eating our sandwiches and airdropped it to the entire store! Next time don't take the photo behind the counter, it's obvious it was the workers. Never been to this Jimmy John's without being harassed.

You guys need some friendlier people there. I was the only customer when I came and your staff acted like I was a huge inconvenience to them.Also you charged me for cheese on my turkey tom but didn’t give me any.Food was good and fresh but service was STALE.

Driver delivered to my business reeking of pot. My bag of food also smelled terrible. I immediately called and asked for a refund. The manager said no since I received my food. I asked if I could bring it back for a refund. HE LAUGHED at me.Driving high is dangerous and illegal. Shame on this business for promoting this behavior. I will never order again.
