I’ve been coming to jimmy John’s for a few years now I absolutely love it! The people is always nice the food is always great. But today wasnt like that I stopped in to get lunch/dinner while I was out doing my errands. I had ordered 2 giant #11 country clubs. When they was done he said there you go. there was one little and one big I said they was both was supposed to be giant. That’s what I asked for 2 giant sandwich’s. I paid for 2 giants. He got upset and said hold on. & Not only did that happen but we had asked for napkins because there was none out. We asked the same gentleman who had taken our order he said “they are right there” with an attitude! This has probley been the worse experience I have had at jimmy John’s but I won’t be returning to this location!

I am surprised this Jimmy John's has such a low score. I've been here a dozen times and every single time the food is ready almost instantly the staff is friendly and there is a generous amount of food. Most of the bad reviews seem to be people who aren't paying attention to when their names get called out and miss their sub being ready.

Completed check in process, and sat in curbside spot for over 10 minutes upon arrival. Order was ready the whole time, but employees did not see we had arrived. Also, got sweet tea, for in the car left, take a drink and find out it was unsweet. Turned around, went inside and they said they knew it was unsweet in the sweet container. They knew but failed to mark/label it!!!? Also, bread was rock hard. Myself and my wife both cut the roof of our mouth chewing. Been coming here for years and never had a issue, but writing a bad review because employees didn't seem to care. Try a different location.

I took my neighbor there her sandwich was fine. I ordered the same thing my sandwich looked like they ran out of meat and ingredients. She is Caucasian I am African American. Called back spoke with someone whom didn't give a damn.?? First and last time in the same day ✌??

Freaky fast food that's also freaky fast to close. It says they close at 10pm, but if you come after 9 pm, they've already locked the door. The two folks standing around inside wouldn't even acknowledge me. I just wanted that caprese and a cherry coke.

This place is a joke. 1” round, 4” long “sub” with one layer of Turkey and lettuce, bottle of coke for $10. Never been this angry about any food that I’ve purchased. 4 bites and it was gone. WAY OVERPRICED.
