There is a selection on the app, to cut sandwich in half. Everytime ordering from this store, they never cut in half. I work out of a truck all day, and usually eating on the way to the next job. Trying to eat an 8 inch sandwich while driving isn't easy.

I’ve been coming to jimmy John’s for a few years now I absolutely love it! The people is always nice the food is always great. But today wasnt like that I stopped in to get lunch/dinner while I was out doing my errands. I had ordered 2 giant #11 country clubs. When they was done he said there you go. there was one little and one big I said they was both was supposed to be giant. That’s what I asked for 2 giant sandwich’s. I paid for 2 giants. He got upset and said hold on. & Not only did that happen but we had asked for napkins because there was none out. We asked the same gentleman who had taken our order he said “they are right there” with an attitude! This has probley been the worse experience I have had at jimmy John’s but I won’t be returning to this location!

I've been here a dozen times and every single time the food is ready almost instantly the staff is friendly and there is a generous amount of food. Most of the bad reviews seem to be people who aren't paying attention to when their names get called out and miss their sub being ready.
