This location is amazing!! They gave me the wrong chips, which normally would just be okay but I’m currently pregnant and I was craving BBQ chips. I called to let them know that they delivered the wrong chips, they apologized and brought me the correct chips right away. Their employees are always very friendly and kind! So thankful that this store is right down the road from my work because they have excellent customer service!!!

They should try to be open for later hours, especially when there are nearby performances, so people can grab a bite to eat before the show, instead of closing at 6! For the Loft Theatre show, the doors open at 6:30 for a 7:30 performance. Would be nice to get an item to eat there, or to-go to be able to eat at the tables in the Loft lobby.

When considering options for a quick lunch or dinner downtown, especially with limited time, such as a 30-minute lunch break, it can be challenging to find suitable options. While walking or driving to a fine dining establishment may not be feasible, the need for sustenance remains. Fortunately, JJ's offers a convenient solution.
