Placed an online order and when arrived I stood at the counter for a few minutes before I yelled hello. 4 people came in from the back. And my sandwich was not even made. As I watched them make my sandwich I had to correct him not to put things on my sandwich. With the ticket literally hanging in front of his face he was still not doing it correctly.

I usually have a good experience at this location except the one time they got my order wrong. But today was a complete let down, the employee (a girl) who took my order at the drive thru was so rude, I’m nothing but nice to service workers so she must have been having a bad day but don’t take it out on complete strangers. So after she rolled her eyes at me I just drove off it’s too many places to spend my money to take disrespectful attitudes from anyone.

I just want to give praise to the location on Harshman. I ordered some extras on some of the ingredients. It was perfect. Service, food, and customer service.

I love Jimmy John's, it's my favorite sandwich shop. However, I am a bit disappointed with the lack of attention this store paid to my order. I asked for it to be made at a certain time so I could pick it up on my way to work, but it was made 2 minutes after I ordered it and proceeded to sit out for 35 minutes. I also asked for no tomatoes and extra pickles....I got 0 pickles and lots of tomatoes...

Ordered and forgot an item. The window cashier was so kind she added the item on the spot. She didn't have to since the order had already been placed, but she did and that makes a world of difference. Awesome customer service!
