POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Keeps the phone off the hook so they can’t take orders; I get there to order my food in person just for the ***** to say their grill is down. A trip I could’ve AVOIDED ALTOGETHER had they had the phone to where people could call and get through! And They Nasty , Dirty, & Trifling !!The parking lot IS NOT SAFE !! Potholes EVERYWHERE & UNEVEN. The place overall just looks DISGUSTING!!

I never give reviews but I've given this place the benefit of the doubt too many times I see the 5 start reviews and I'm just like "how"..? ?
This JJ's and the one on Gettysburg are trash!!! they're what you should expect from a "hole in the wall" chicken shack on the west side of Dayton. It smells like raw fish when you walk in, the floor and tables are always sticky and what's a hole in the wall without bulletproof glass, subpar service, and hit or miss food. I get it, it's the west side of Dayton not Centerville. But I mean c'mon They tell you to order over the phone for faster service, but never answer the phone.
I think I'm cool on this place I'm just glad that I've never gotten food poisoning or scurvy or west nile or covid from this place.

Food was good.... service was.....ok? Atmosphere..... looked like it could a big makeover... outside as well including the parking lot, litter ect.
This business is awful don’t honor open time or close time. They keep the phone off the hook so they don’t have to take orders if they’re not on DoorDash. I’m starting to hate all business on this side of town no integrity

On July 8th I bought a peach cobbler and once I opened it it was totally molded. I took it back and all the lady could tell me is oh sorry and gave me my $3 back. She didn't offer any kind of sympathy
I do not live in Dayton Ohio I was visiting and decided to stop and get a whiting fish dinner. My fish dinner was not good. It wasn't done. I called asked to speak to the manager. She told me she was the manager she was lieing. She said I had to bring it back in order to get any compensation. I said fine I will bring it back tomorrow. I did just and the manager informed me they could remake. I said no thank you I just want a refund. She said she would have to wait for the manager to give me refund because they didn't come in until 3. I said ok considering it was it was 2:50 pm. I got to the window she was very rude. The place looked dirty I proceeded to give her the food . She said no you keep it and here's your 11 dollars! I said honey I don't want this food and I paid $12 dollars. She said wow a dollar! I yes and it's mine and I want all of my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE YOU DO NOT WANT TO CATCH A CASE!!!
