Bad experience: realized that we were the only people of color in there at the time and the workers had asked the customers in front of us if they wanted a sample but no worker ever pitched an eye or greeted us or even asked us if we wanted a sample. We had to ask the worker if we could get a sample. After we were checked out the customers behind us were asked if they wanted a sample. Terrible customer service, very hostile workers and on the other end it made me sad and feel targeted. SMH do better.

The Me Want Cookies flavor is my favorite ice cream. Any time someone tells me they've never been to Jubies, I bring them a pint of Me Want Cookies and their reaction is always the same- they LOVE it. So good.

Prototypical ice cream shop. Exceptional ice cream with unique and delicious flavors. I could eat my whole meal here and be content. The sundaes look delicious, but I have only had scoops (one or two) of the innovative ice cream. The seasonal flavors are probably the best - using fresh, in season fruit or creative flavors for the time of the year.
My son and I went to Jubie's after his haircut. Neither one of us had ever been there so we decided to try it. We walked in to an empty parlor, it was nice and clean. The ice cream was very good. My son got a kid's cup of chocolate and peanut butter. I got a peanut butter parfait. It was very good and creamy.
So, why did I only give it 1 star? Customer service. When we first walked in, there was no one to greet us. After a few seconds, a young girl came out from the back and asked for our order. I told her we'd never been there before. I figured she'd ask if we had questions about the menu, or ask if she could help with anything. All she said was, let me know when you're ready to order. She never offered a smile, a greeting, nothing. If it hadn't been for my son, I would have left. There's no reason for that. When we left I had to laugh because the girl working was employee of the month. Even my 6 year old autistic son said as we left, Mommy, I no like her, she was rude. I don't want to go back.
