Everyone raves about KDs...! Best BBQ in town...! Had the BBQ chicken and ribs, chicken strips, corn casserole, sweet potato casserole... Tasted ordinary like Walmart brand BBQ sauce, McDonald's chicken strips, ho hum casserole's. I don't know how they get 4.6 stars...? What am I missing...? I brought 3 other people with me and they all agreed... so I'm not just a weirdo. Very disappointed 😞

I am giving 5 stars because I had eaten there before and had the cabbage rolls they was great and we dined in the service was great and the sides was great However three months later I ordered the same thing to go and this time the cabbage rolls was very rubbery and the meat was hard and lumpy The mashed potatoes was excellent and the sweet potato casserole was very great I am sure the cabbage rolls was just a bad batch I don’t think they was old but maybe just under cooked I see that the reviews on here don’t get any feedback from the restaurant I sure hope that they are reading them I will try again soon and decide on rather I will change my review but for now I will still give 5 stars everyone could have a bad day

We had KDs for the first time tonight and when I tell you I have never had fried chicken like this before, please believe me!! It was seasoned, hot, fresh and juicy!! OMG it's almost a 10! The sides were delicious as well. The corn casserole was like grandma's and the wedges and coleslaw were great also. Only critique I have is the green beans could have used a little more seasoning but was not enough to not be 5 stars. We will definitely be back!!!!

Small store front but has plenty of inside seating. They seem to do a brisk carryout business. We ordered the BBQ Smoked Beef Eye of Round $15.95 and Dinner Portion (2) Cabbage Rolls $16.95. Each came with bread and two sides. To me the cabbage rolls were under seasoned.

This place was busy! And fantastic. They almost need a larger restaurant.
I had the pork tenderloin sandwich and it was very good. The corn casserole side was also insanely good. Coconut cream pie for dessert hit the spot. It was delicious.

Great delicious food. The fried oysters and corn casserole are good . The servers are very friendly and beautiful 💜
We have loved KD’s BBQ for so many years. The BBQ sauce WAS delicious and one of a kind. The new sauce that they claim is similar to the original recipe couldn’t taste any different. The color, consistency and flavor were nothing close to it. It actually tasted like KC Masterpiece 🤢 Unfortunately we won’t be back along with our entire family. You need to bring back the original recipe. It may be costly or not convenient if it has to be made but we think without it, it will ultimately be the end for KD’s BBQ.

This place has been so amazing for many years! Melissa waited on us tonight and made a relaxed environment and was super friendly! Hand-Breaded Mozzarella was delicious and the cheese pull was spectacular ? There are many more items that a great so check them out ?
