Man I order a mash meal with 7 chicken and 4 biscuits got home open the box saw the meat bit into it it tasted old and wasn’t original worst ever I called them today and I can’t make this up they said bring the food back and they will replace it like my guy you can have this trash I don’t ever want yall food again I recommend everybody to stay away from this place on w third st in Dayton Ohio

Pull up to the drive thru to set for 6 minutes at the speaker trying to order and no one answered to help us pulled off and the workers were standing around inside and some was sitting in the lobby eating. Still left with no food .. this is crazy we went around to the drive thru twice and still didn’t get any help a lady worker standing outside smoking weed with headset on and couldn’t even take an order

Went through drive thru ordered 5pc original they said just had crispy unless I wanted tenders I said I'll try the tenders the only thing tenders was the name tasted like they had been under a heat lamp all day been better off throwing my 12 bucks at the homeless man on the corner

I tried to pickup an UberEats order at 10:30 AM and the restaurant was closed. I scheduled my order to be picked up at 10:30 AM. I was told they were opening at 11 AM. Their normal business hours state they open at 10 AM.

Whenever I visit this location I always get service with an ATTITUDE! I never get all my food the first time or I am told I cant have my meal a certain way. It always appears to be a grumpy face lady with a bad customer service. Yesterday she forgot my receipt, and didnt give me honey or plasticwear to eat with. Luckily a nice young lady in the parking lot was on her break and went inside to get the requested items. She was so polite and even brought them to my car. Once she brought them back,I quickly realized once I went to scan my receipt for my 500 Fill-up box points on my app.. I did not have it. I had to then go back through the drive through line to retrieve my receipt. This seems to happen on most visits causing me to loose points on the receipt app. When a person orders food, it's polite to give them a receipt, every time.

This store is advertising that they are open till 12am but the lobby is closed and i attempted to walk up to the drivethru to place an order but the drivethru bum was very rude.
