Understaffed.... probably why no indoor access....went on a Saturday lunchtime and the young lady was doing her best...food was adequate....makes me remember why I cook my own these days... pretty much went for the free bucket and have not looked into it yet .....the chicken was fine...everything orderedcwas there...good job ladles

Horrible service they have a driver thur but never take orders they tell u to come in . And if the drive thur is open they still will take your order in the drive thur and make u come in to get your food . Horrible Horrible customer service u have to wait for delivery over 30 mins for a meal they need to shut it down or get the correct management in there cause this is ridiculous. It’s been this way for the past year..

Ordered two meals on uber eats, only got one of them. Drove up to the store, they messed up the order again. And then said they couldn’t fix it because they were about to close. It was only 10:40 pm. No one in this town wants to work, just lazy.

I'm not sure if this place needs more employees or just needs to get it together. It always takes so long to receive your food and I have not had one employee ever be friendly to me . This KFC is less than 1 mile from me and I am always so disappointed that it is never a pleasant expirence .

I went there just yesterday for an order around 5:00 P.M. I waited for 10 minutes. I heard a couple employees say that there was a customer up front. The manager on duty said she was trying to get the orders out and didn't care that a customer was up front. 10 minutes and I was the only customer at the register.
Did not get what I ordered. Everyone was being made to wait in a small space pending someone to bring it ouand chicken skin on what was received was overcooked. No thumbs up here.

This store and staff was amazing after I was rudely treated at another location I came here to get my food and it was hot and fresh the crew was polite and even helped me get the phone number to call and file a complaint on the other store I will be returning to this store in the future
