Went through the drive thru at 6:09pm who ever was speaking to us was incredibly rude I was shocked we left immediately and went to Lee's. disgusting!!!!!

Beautiful black manager was awesome! Had went through and got a spicy meal on accident and I was upset not knowing it was spicy, she was awesome and helped me with great service and kindness!

Workers are kind but I think there is some improvement to be had on prepping for demand. If there is an influx of orders for a certain item and it has been a constant demand throughout the day things should be in order to replenish the necessary items to fulfill orders without saying it'll be a 20 minute wait that turns into total of 45 minutes. Pleasant customer service but some maintenance is necessary to keep this location functioning optimally. Visited during 3-4 pm.

The lady upsold me on a biscuit for my mashed potato bowl and asked me if I would round up my change to the KFC foundation and I said yes and they forgot my biscuit. She should have been paying attention instead of talking to her co-worker.

Grateful Me

My bf and I tried to order through the drive thru but an employee came over the speaker to tell us that they were not taking orders through the drive thru but gave no reason as to why. My bf goes inside to order and it was just 4 biscuits with some butter and honey packets and when he came back out 20 mins later and handed me my bag, they were cold and hard. Will never go to this location again. Terrible customer service skills!

I came to this location to order dinner and was told I had to place a mobile order they can’t take orders through the drive thru, so that’s what I did. I have to wait over 20 minutes for my food. The lady in the drive thru was rude had a nasty attitude, then tried to fight me in the parking lot when I said something about her attitude, and she wasn’t even in a proper kfc uniform. She was very unprofessional.

The drive thru rarely gets your order right especially if you have a coupon. I ordered the breast and wing combo with Cole slaw. When I got home and opened the box, I found a thigh and leg. I called the KFC, Gaylan said I should drive all the way back across town and bring the food for an exchange. I have a week to do so. That was the only way he could make it right.

Understaffed.... probably why no indoor access....went on a Saturday lunchtime and the young lady was doing her best...food was adequate....makes me remember why I cook my own these days... pretty much went for the free bucket and have not looked into it yet .....the chicken was fine...everything orderedcwas there...good job ladles

Horrible service they have a driver thur but never take orders they tell u to come in . And if the drive thur is open they still will take your order in the drive thur and make u come in to get your food . Horrible Horrible customer service u have to wait for delivery over 30 mins for a meal they need to shut it down or get the correct management in there cause this is ridiculous. It’s been this way for the past year..

Ordered two meals on uber eats, only got one of them. Drove up to the store, they messed up the order again. And then said they couldn’t fix it because they were about to close. It was only 10:40 pm. No one in this town wants to work, just lazy.
