The food is always hot fresh and delicious. Before I even walked in I was greeted by a very friendly employee. She was nice and welcomed me. After that, I met 2 very courteous gentleman that helped me with my order. Beyond perfect experience for me.

Always throwing pick up order bags around and rude to delivery drivers. Doesn’t matter the attitude I come in with how polite I am. If looks could kill this KFC would be my grave.

Definitely not courteous staff at all, I was handed several half empty containers of Mac n Cheese and after arguing about missing food items an additional 15 minutes, they finally gave me the missing items, but acted like I was trying to scam them?!?!? Seriously, KFC is not my go too. I prefer Popeyes to be honest, but my younger children and my grandchildren prefer KFC, but it's not worth the hassle. Get some decent help and teach your current staff that without customers like me and my family, they wouldn't have job's, instead of acting like it's a huge inconvenience to complete my food order.
Kid-friendliness: Not really, it's not a friendly environment at all, and I know I wouldn't enjoy sitting down with my family and friends and eating at this location.
