Poor poor service through the drive through. They are more worried about keeping window times down instead of the customer. I've worked in fast food for many years. We never parked people to get our times down, we worked harder and got the food out in a timely manor. Don't fake your times, make your times!

ALWAYS ask the wait time at the drive through BEFORE YOU PAY!They will take your money and then suddenly tell you it's going to be a 20 minute wait, please pull around, then forget you.It's happened to me twice now, and I'll never come back. Sorry KFC, you suck too much.

Was having service done across the street, so walk over for late lunch. I was a little worried being 2pm. I was pleasantly surprised. Got a 3 piece meal with a breast, thigh and leg, taters and gravy with coleslaw. The chicken was the best KFC I have had in a long time. Only place to beat them is West Memphis, Arkansas. Super good!

stood inside for 10 minutes in line at the register waiting to pick up 2 doordash orders had to cancel both bc the woman working ignored all three people in like for 6 minutes and then helped the person in front of me and behind me and then walked away without saying a word to me. horrible customer service, i should have been in and out in less than 5 minutes as i am with every other restaurant who accepts doordashes
