Some constructive criticism! Do NOT Use Old Grease especially Old Grease that chicken was Burnt in! Our $31 Meal wasn't even fit for a dog to eat! Never mind that the Mac n cheese was old! It's just laziness! Nasty!!! I hope your owner reads this and makes a difference in how much they want to keep up their business, because if not, say bye, bye to KFC!

Went there yesterday got the $14.99 special and the chicken was garbage! Very disappointed it was old like it had been sitting there all day and only had two worker, I have been here before and the chicken was pretty good. Don't know what happened this time tho. The potato wedges was hard and not cooked all the way. Overall I'd give this location a 2stars. Do better

This store has improved over the past year or so. Sometimes they don't have the exact chicken ready that you order, but they have always asked what I wanted substituted and they have taken care of me. They are always nice to me as well. I generally do the drive thru, but occasionally go inside as well.

I come here often and everytime I have to pull over to a parking space and wait gets frustration it's a long wait everytime. But the workers are kind which is the only reason I come back.
When ordering thru drive thru employee had major issue because I did not oder to their pace then did not offer a straw, sauce or eating utensils for my meal. I had to wait and show prood of my missing drink I paid for
