I went through drive through. After arguing with me about what was offered on menu I made my order. I asked specifically for dark meat. My order was one chicken wing and two breasts. I was only given one napkin for Nashville hot which was very messy. The guy at the window was rude. The chicken was way overcooked and was dry and like rubber to eat. I hear kfc moved to Texas, is this their way of doing business?? Management needs to get their act together.

Placed a mobile order … was clicked ready for pick up at 3pm I arrived at 3:06 and was told we were waiting for fries it would be 5 mins to park and they would bring it out … almost 15mins later I got out my car to go inside and my food still wasn’t ready … stop cheating your times and still serving cold food

I arrived at this establishment at 4:30 PM, only to be told they had no original chicken available after driving 25 minutes out of my way. When I asked to speak with the manager, she appeared dismissive, with a smug expression and no sign of concern or apology. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and customer care. Frustrated, I left and went elsewhere to eat. I would not recommend this place or its management team, as they clearly have no regard for their customers.

Waited 10 plus minutes because chicken had to be made once i recieved my.order the oder was warm not fresh .....tried calling the store was ignored .....surprised theyre still in business......worse experience from a restaurant

Store floor sticky, no original chicken, no silverware,had a coupon no one knew how to put it in register. While waiting on ours they used up all corn and mashed potatoes so the bowls were short changed.
I was told to move up. I've been here for 10 minutes. At this rate I won't have to time to even eat lunch. So not only did I waste my time but I wasted my money. Pretty ridiculous. All I order was a KFC bowl. Never coming back again.

Asked for crispy not original. This location does not have enough business to not have food. You never see it with a line wrapped around the building this location does not get that much business for where it's located. A number 17 and a two-piece crispy was ordered when you get all the way home and realized that your food isn't what you ask for and you have original and not crispy and it will take you to drive all the way across town and when you call the phone continuously rings and no one ever seems to answer if you don't spend all night calling then there's no way you can complain unless you drive all the way back across town to say something. If you're going to run on business answer the phone. Took my food back the gentleman at the front counter was very polite replaced my whole order he may have been the manager the telephone does not work at this location on Valley Street so maybe if corporation of people that own it would fix that problem they might not have so many negative reviews. So fix the phone for this gentleman so that way he can do his business a lot better and help his customers more like he told me you can't answer a phone that doesn't work.

Dinning room was very dirty slow service. Food was not worth it and under cooked or been sitting there all day. This is a four piece and side 1st pic second one is supposed to be a thee piece.not worth $10.00 for these will not be going back here
