My husband and I stop by to use the restroom and supposedly order food. Automatically we change our mind not to get anything the reason was the bathroom is filthy dirty,how could you stand eating or ordering food with them they don’t know how to make the place clean specially their restroom. Shame on this management!

Waited at drive thru speaker for 15 minutes.a line of traffic behind me. I askedseveral times if someone was there and got no reply. So i drove up to the window and i was informed they were busy. She also said she had told me to look over the menu. Which she didnt. And instead of treating me like a customer and taking my order she shrugged her shoulders turned her back to me and walked away. I tried finding a number of the area district manager but i havent found it yet. I also called to speak to the manager but they never answer the phone... oh i forgot. They are busy. Yeah right.

Just don't go. They will not give you what you want by saying they don't have it or can't do it. This is an everyday issue. Don't waste your time. I've lived here for over 20 years and not once could they complete an order that costs more than $10. I wish they works just close it

I preodered my food at 3 so it would be picked up at 515. When I got there no chicken was ready for anyone. Took another 30 minutes after pickup time to complete my order.

We didn't get any biscuits with our order and I specifically ordered a breast with my 2 piece dinner and the mashed potatoes are cold. I'm fairly pissed off ,I spent 27$ for 2 dinners and didn't get 1/3 of it.

Ordered a 12 piece chicken, it was absolutely terrible. Inedible. My dogs wouldn't even eat it. It did not taste or even smell like KFC. I filled out a complaint on KFC website and never got a reply.

I will not leave a star.ordered 2 breast meals.Apparently they can't tell a Short thigh time for a breast.The chicken was extremely cooked,very dry. Needs to say I will not been eating there again.

This place needs some serious management help. They are never open on time. Went here three days in a row for breakfast and they are never open and functioning. They are rude and leave you waiting at the speaker, doors are never unlocked on time, and they never have enough chicken. Save yourself the trouble and visit another location!!

Took 20 minutes past pick up time and the chicken was the worst out of any KFC I had ever been to, it was way past it's time, so hard and dry, I thought waiting that long it was going to be real fresh but was I wrong. Never go back there again.
