Ordered a 12 piece chicken, it was absolutely terrible. Inedible. My dogs wouldn't even eat it. It did not taste or even smell like KFC. I filled out a complaint on KFC website and never got a reply.

I will not leave a star.ordered 2 breast meals.Apparently they can't tell a Short thigh time for a breast.The chicken was extremely cooked,very dry. Needs to say I will not been eating there again.

This place needs some serious management help. They are never open on time. Went here three days in a row for breakfast and they are never open and functioning. They are rude and leave you waiting at the speaker, doors are never unlocked on time, and they never have enough chicken. Save yourself the trouble and visit another location!!

Took 20 minutes past pick up time and the chicken was the worst out of any KFC I had ever been to, it was way past it's time, so hard and dry, I thought waiting that long it was going to be real fresh but was I wrong. Never go back there again.

I don't understand why this location struggles so much. If they aren't out of food during lunch time they aren't open on time stating essentially they wouldn't be opening until at least 11. Save time and the headache go somewhere else.
The worst KFC I have ever been to. I usually go to the one on Linden Ave. But my aide and myself stopped at Valley St. NEVER again. My food went I asked for a refund I didn't even taste the food as soon as I opened it I knew it was not write the manager refused to give me a refund even though he's he's saying that I hadn't touched it I tried calling corporate you can't do that apparently anyway I paid $7 for some mashed potatoes and a piece of chicken skin that was covered in flour and there was one bite with chicken in it, the other 3 pieces was flour breading, nothing under the breading. Rudest manager! If that's the kind of food they serve they should be shut down. The worst experience. You would be smart to stay away from Valley St store, I know I'm going to

Watch going in or out both entrances/exits. Car scraped going out onto Valley St. And its easy to go over the curb coming in from Harshman.
