Employees ignored me forcing me to use kiosk. Took 15 minutes to get thenchicken out of the warmer onto a plate while speeding through drive thru orders. Chicken was nasty old dry and not fit for consumption. Give up. Then the price....way too expensive considering everything. Uuck.

4 chicken pot pies not cooked through very sad as it use to be the best need to make sure pie is cooked properly for the customers so

May have been redone since other reviews. It was clean, pleasant and the young man behind the counter was nice and friendly. Watched him deliver an elderly woman's meal to her instead of calling her to the counter. We had a nice lunch. Would return!

Ordered online and didn’t get my order right at all. I ordered 2 Mac and cheese wraps and didn’t get it. I tried to call to get it corrected and of course no one answers the phone. Will be telling everyone I know not to go to this place. Showed up and only 2 ppl were working and 3 ppl on break with customers waiting. Garage employees!

decided to try "once more" after having problems in the past. Went for the online soecial of half-price 12 pc chicken only Ordered all dark, original recipe. Retrieved chicken order and arrived at home to discover the order had only 3 pcs of dark, the rest white and mostly extra crispy. Too bad they either dont read their orders or perhaps, can't read. Nonetheless, they have lost a customer. BTW- as otehr reviews have indicated, we too have placed orders previously , went to pickup the order and were told they were out of chicken, etc.. Hard to believe when its the middle of the afternoon. your money is better off spent elsewhere.

Long day at work and I wanted a couple things they didn't carry/were out of, Kentrell was very nice and said he would do it/go out of his way for me to have it but I insisted on making it easier for him 10/10, best customer service I've ever had and I work in the customer service industry myself! We talked for a bit and he's got a good road ahead of him with the perfect service he gave me tonight! Absolutely amazing thank you Kentrell you made my night sir!

TV ads suggested we might like the wraps @ 2 for $5.00 One was fried Macaroni, and we absolutely rejeccted We asked about the Classic Wrap and the server did not know about this wrap Ordered 4 wraps -- much too salty Do not recommend KFC tends to be too salty for us...

i don’t come here often, and when i do my order usually gets messed up anyways but it’s the closest kfc, oh well. however, my friends and i went in tonight, 2 hours before close, and there was absolutely no one behind the counter. tried to look in the kitchen, come to find out there was a dude just hiding behind a wall. we just left, probs won’t be coming back.

So I had an issue with my local KFC where they screwed up my order and then wouldn't even answer the phone. I called this location and got a hold of Tim who is apparently the manager and ask for advice on what to do next. He listened to my problem and totally took care of everything even though none of it was his problem!!! The man singlehandedly restored my faith in this chain. Big props to Tim!!
