This place is good to go get a bite to eat at when you are in the area it's not so expensive, but if you are paying for more than two people then the price will be high... and it's also a nice little place to sit and eat

I spent over 70.00 on food there, and they missed giving me 1 potato wedges and I ordered 12 biscuits. Instead they gave me 6 blueberry muffins that were cold and hard. The wedges I received were cold and hard. The shirmp was not good. Basically I threw everything away but the chicken. Not even worth me to go back to retrieve the items they missed because it wasnt good.Although the chicken was ok, I will not order from there again. These businesses dont realize if they step up the quality, they probably will make more money but they feel like they can serve anything in the hood and people will buy it. Not me.

Well, I finally fell into the Krispy Krunchy Chicken Dayton cult and tried them a couple of weeks ago. I believe I had KKC a few years ago in Cincinnati, but I don't recall any details, so I don't have much to say about that. But let me tell you what a complete DISASTER my order was from the Salem Ave location! ?♀️ I get a call from the restaurant that they don't have one of the sandwiches that we ordered. Okay, no big deal. But she couldn't refund it and didn't know how I was supposed to get a refund. Just a few minutes later, I got a text from my delivery driver telling me that they didn't have an item and all I needed to do was contact Postmates customer service for a refund. Cool. No problem. ? But then my order shows up... I was missing the mozzarella sticks that were ordered, the chicken cheese steak was steak, (non steak eater, so that's a big deal), no biscuits with the chicken, and missing turkey sub, (the latter is all that was expected). I contact Postmates. Long story short, even with the text from the driver and the phone call from the restaurant, they were not going to refund ANYTHING. An hour later, the price issues with Postmates were resolved. ? But now the restaurant needs to be held accountable. I call the store and get a message that they don't have their voicemail set up. I call corporate, get a voicemail, leave a message. I email corporate. It's been almost 3 weeks and they have only contacted me to ask for the location. I emailed again on July 5th and have not heard back. I have left two voicemails with corporate. Nothing. I even sent a Facebook message to the Kettering location asking for help and they said that they couldn't help and had no contact info, because they're not affiliated with the Salem Ave location. As for the food, the chicken tenders are good. Big portions, juicy, good seasoning. I have nothing good to say beyond that. ?
