I usually like this place but I bought a chicken breast for like 7 dollars 1 breast the meat had a weird texture and there was no.bone the chicken was so awful I had to pick at it and throw away. So bad and I’m to busy and disgusted to even ask for a refund never again. I don’t know why I can’t upload my pic but it was a huge waste

The chicken was sad and cold. Neither Krispy nor Krunchy.

This place sell there old cold food at 1/2 price. They should give it away or better yet just throw it away. Because in my opinion it's not fit for a Dog to eat.

Horrible! Don't waste your time or money. The Cajun chicken sandwich was so bad, it tasted like cardboard. The girl who worked there told us it would take 10 minutes for fresh chicken and I didn't have time to wait so I said I would just take the sandwich that was already done and order red beans and rice to go with it. She then took OVER 10 minutes to get me my order but she still gave me the old chicken sandwich that was self serve and hot beans and rice. It was disgusting and took to long. I threw the sandwich away, it wasn't edible.

Something changed. Food was cold and they don't fill the sides and charge full price. This is the "large" that they didn't even put in the order, we had to go back in. It feels like they try to rip you off.

Revised review, formerly a 5 star rating but this location has new ownership since our last visit & things have gone downhill!! Chicken tenders are seasoned differently, the Cajun flavor is gone & has been replaced by a bland attempt to copy Chick-fil-A! Biscuits are old & horrible tasting ? only the potato wedges are eatable! Sad that it's not the same as last August ?

New owners are not very customer friendly. Make sure to get a receipt because have been overcharged several occasions.

Oh no. This location is starting to go the same way that the Caesars drive-through location went over on 725. The prices for chicken are starting to get a little outrageous. I went in today and they wanted almost $2.50 per tender. The chicken was still really good and the help was very friendly, but I don’t know if I can afford to keep coming back. On top of the $$$ pricing they would only give us 4 sauces for 20 tenders.Btw, i only rated the atmosphere a 1 because it is a gas station, not a restaurant.

I used to love this place and get it all the time, and I would tell everyone that this chicken is the best in town, but the past three times I’ve tried to go over the course of the last month they’ve been closed. At normal dinner hours, with fried chicken clearly visible in their warm display case, I was told they were closed. The hours on this particular Google page are wildly incorrect, so you’re taking a gamble every time you go, you wont know that they won’t feed you until you waste your time and gas getting there. Chicken Head’s isn’t too far away from here, and they have THE BEST chicken in town hands down, no contest. Give them a try instead of Krispy Krunchy and you’ll be so glad you did - not only is it chef-prepared and tastier, but it’s cheaper too!
