Store is relatively well maintained, but it feels like they're fighting to keep it from falling apart. I understand this location poses as a necessitous stop for people who don't have transportation like that, I'm not wishing on it being shut down. But they stay changing their hours without given notice, the money services hours change just about weekly on whim. Associates aren't particularly friendly or eager to help. It's an inconvenience inside an inconvenience for what's supposed to be a reliable store.
I had a family member who was told by a manager at this location that store policy does not allow a customer to pay for their purchase with more than $2 in change. When told that $6 in change was all they had (which was enough to cover the three food items she was trying to purchase to feed her family), the manager stated that she would need to go to a money exchange and cash the coins in for paper bills. If she had done this, after paying the fee charged by the money exchange, she would no longer have enough money to buy the food! Life can be a struggle, but buying food with coins because that is all you currently have should not be!
Won't let you in at 9: 50 closes at 10??
They say online the money center opens at 8 but then you drive up they don't open until 10:15. They have a sign saying 25 items or less at self checkout but don't have any cashiers. They need to to close this store they don't want to staff properly and follow the schedule other stores follows
I really hate that this is the only kroger on the west side of Dayton and y’all staff are lazy always closing 20 minutes before google say y'all closed and the “fresh” seafood make it smell like y’all selling us the last resort on the menu like it’s bad or outdated.
Terrible as always and the Web says they're open Lied!!!. Open at 7. They need to get this store together or close. It's always something with them.
This store needs ro be cleaned up. Smells like a fish market soon as you enter and the fish dept. Is all the way back. May be better ventilation?
Don't care for krogers, Treet people who work for them bad ,Don't pay them on time .
We were visiting from out of town and visited this store because it was on the way back to our airbnb. Their produce section looked very good. The store was clean, very well stocked, and the cashier was friendly.
Was overcharged for more than one product I noticed before I even left the line. I know they could fix it because this is an issue that’s happened before at a Kroger in a different neighborhood. But here I was told because you already paid for it, there’s nothing we can do. Guess I’ll just have to contest the charge.

Stink...stink...stink...
This place has gotten horrible since other stores closing in the area
It was a very disorganized store with bad check out lines
I love this Kroger like some people love sports teams. I love shopping here. This is the best Kroger I've ever been to. If this location did not exist I would literally die. I've been shopping here for 16 years now. I first came to this location with my Grandmother when it first opened back in the 80's. I consider this location to be an essential location for myself and the community.
I do think that things get moved around more often than they should and that is a shame when they could be focusing more on basic pricing and date checking maintenance, making sure that items are in the right location and that the price is correctly marked. As most of the issues that I've had here have been due to items being in the wrong location with a different items price tag under it. Which seems like it would be a common issue considering how often the store moves everything around. If I worked here it would get old. It gets old for the customers. Everyone complains about it after a big switcheroo. I think that sales tactic is more exciting for bored rich people and it is severely lame.
However, the produce section is always reliable and in perfect order. It never moves and it is always familiar.
I appreciate the employees here and some of them really stick out and go above and beyond to do their job and more. There are some real genuine gems here. I've learned that patience and respect go a long way. Being understaffed because people call off or no-show is a reality.
This Kroger is complete garbage trash the Moral of the store is very bad.I went into the store yesterday about 1:00 pm yesterday and the deli had nothing prepared and the girl was complaining about not having help. The customer service desk always closed just close the MF down or fire Management.
Most of the time it is a bad experience especially in the deli department.. I waited for 25 minutes and they just kept on looking at me I asked if someone going to serve me and they just looked at me..
Another time the girl was on break and they said that she would be back in 20 minutes I waited for 30 minutes and she still wasn't back..
Terrible experience with the deli department.
