Super long lines around 10:30pm employees refusing to open any other lines other than self checkout so literally about 10+ employees just standing around watching the clock very ridiculous definitely not coming back to this store

The Kroger store located in Dayton, Ohio is quite disappointing. I witnessed an elderly man having difficulty bagging his groceries, so I approached the manager who was casually chatting with someone nearby and requested assistance for the man. Instead of helping, the manager became upset and instructed me to exit the premises.

I use the pick up service. They often leave my items out,and the suggestions for substitute's Usually leave very few options to pick from. And many items are unavailable or you can only get them if you shop at the store in person. Many of my coupons are unusable and the prices have gone up.

This Kroger is outdated & small. It’s overcrowded & hard to maneuver the small area between the registers & the aisles of food.

The kroger on Brandt pike has a veeerrry slow man working the Deli don't be in any hurry
Normally when I ask for help from the employees, I get such a hassle but today without even asking for help, she just simply, so I was in distress and not sure what to do TIARA a young person at the self check out this morning helped me! So please let this be known that the review is not for Kroger, but for that cashier specifically TIARA if you see this, I have social anxiety and terrible time shopping so thank you so much you’ve made what is normally a terrible experience a really good one

Found all that was on my list. Went in store shopping because the waiting list for pickup and delivery were not within my time frame. Shopping inside the store, it was nicely stocked. Found items I had on my list and some I had thought about. Overall good deal at Kroger.
There was a horrible smell around the produce area in the back. Reminded me of burn asphalt. I mean it made my stomach churn! Had to shop quick and get out even quicker. A lot of customers were complaining. I honestly didn't see Kroger management do much to resolve the issue.

Brought a cookie cake for myself for Mother’s Day and it had nasty whipped icing! Could you have put it on the label? No that would be to easy.
