Delicious food! You won't regret a meal at this place. We tried quite a few different dishes and I only ended up able to grab a few pictures. The portions were large, the food came out quickly and it was very fresh. You could tell that most of it was truly homemade. And on top of all of that- the prices were very reasonable! Also- very clean bathrooms. I think the only thing that I would suggest is to put a changing table in the ladies room.
We will definitely be back in to enjoy an authentic meal again!

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant! Things I've tried and loved have been the Supreme Tacos, the Big Quesadilla, and the Huarache. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Eat here.
These days there are too many factors influencing reviews, to the point these spaces are almost little battlegrounds of push and pull between the business and reviewer . So, I don’t leave them often.
We decided to give El Gallo a shot because of its general location being a midpoint and it is unassuming.
IF you’re looking for somewhere new to try, they’re worth giving the chance to win your food business.
Service was kind and attentive.
I’m looking forward to going again.
This place is great! My group of 9 came in and thoroughly enjoyed the service and the food! Reminds me of our taquerias back home in California. The Asada torta and cheese enchilada plate was amazing!! This will definitely be on our places of stopping when we're coming through.

The food and service is awesome. If you are looking for authentic food, this is the place to go. Very impressed with quality and portion size. My new go to restaurant when in the area.
We came in and waited over 40 minutes to get one dish that wasn’t even made right. My nephew never got his food. Everyone that came after us, had their food ate and left. And two other tables that came after got half their food and the other table got all there food while we had still been waiting. No one came over to say it would be a little longer or why it was taking so long or to even give us water or chips while we were waiting.
Delicious Mexican food, finger-licking good, and the restaurant is very clean and organized, and the service is spectacular, 10/10 highly recommended!!!
The service was interesting to say the least when we where ordering they got 4 out of 5 orders wrong, they also forgot two of the orders entirely it tokk them 1 hour to bring out the forgotten food. The food was alright to say the least, and the atmosphere felt oddly moldy ya know what I mean?

I absolutely loved my burrito from here, as did my friend! Their guacamole was excellent too. One of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to in Dayton.

I have been here now twice in one year, and I will say, pretty much anything on the menu is a guaranteed good meal! The tortilla chips are home made, very welcoming staff. Kudos to everyone there, this is some of the best I’ve had. It’s alittle hidden right on the road, but well worth the travel!
