Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

Most of the time, the chicken is good at lunch. However, you’re likely getting that same chicken for dinner if they don’t go through it at lunch.

We ordered 3 meals, 1 being a kids meal. All contained dry, old, and small chicken strips that were basically inedible.

Definitely not what I was hoping for for dinner. For the price they’re now charging, the least they can do is provide somewhat fresh food.

Ordered lunch and picked it up at window. Lady at window was very sweet.
Unfortunately my chicken breast was too dry to even eat. This was 12:30. It would have been nice to enjoy a hot lunch when weather is 12 degrees. Slaw was good.

Sign in drive thru has one price window another. This is third time I’ve been through drive thru in 2 months. Given different price + 30 cents credit card fee told them what sign said outside he said the price is (it was almost a dollar more then add 30 cents fee on. List a long time customer over this! I said forget it and drove off. My hubby and I used to go to englewood famous every Wednesday. I am so disappointed in this situation.

I went there on 11/27. THE WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD FROM A TAKE OUT RESTAURANT. They do not honor their prices. I will NEVER go back to that store!

Made an online order the other evening after work and went through the drive thru to pick it up. I patiently waited my time to pick it up but when I got to the window I received attitude from the worker. She started telling me that I shouldn't go through the drive thru to pick up an online orders and i should refrain in daytime hrs ever going in the drive thru. This was my personal order! Not doordash or anything else! I got there early, waiting was no problem. I gave her no attitude but got plenty in return. Food was great as ever but this interaction left a bad taste in my mouth.

I’ve never had two girls look so disappointed when someone pulls into the parking lot an hour before close, and have the other one run to the door to lock it to prevent us from coming inside- and laugh the entire time while doing. I get it yall don’t get paid enough but you could’ve literally told us when we walked in the lobby was closed or something.

Disrespectful and rude.

Got laughed at not sure if it was cause of my disability or not the employees ran to lock the door before I can even enter so I just left cause I don’t want to spend money to a place that just purely laughed at me I am not ever going back to this location and it sucks cause all other employees at this location was always nice to me

Ordered two chicken strip meals. Got home and had two dark meat three pieces meals without the correct sides in 8/2/24. Had not been there for six months as they over cooked the strips the last time. That was my final try. What was really bad is when we ordered they said nine minutes on the strips.....I guess that was the joke.

Visit 8/2/24 chicken dippers not even warm, dry and old. The biscuits were not finished baking. They still had stretchy dough. Potatoe wedges were cold. They threw in a little wing because there weren't enough dippers to fill my order but didn't tell me.

This used to be the one of the best locations! I drive from Miamisburg and I thought I’d give this location another try. I was so wrong!! I should’ve went to the location on Linden Ave or Main Street in Dayton! I don’t understand how the manager can be upset that they messed up my order, I had to walk inside to let them know. The manager never didn’t apologize or say one word to me! She then proceeded to throw my food on the counter after fixing my order and then seemed to be upset that I asked for my receipt back. My receipt that they asked for which I handed over with no problem. Clearly my receipt had fallen on the ground and had food on it when it was returned to me! Listen professionalism and kind words go a long way! Please visit another location if you want better customer service and fresh food because all that attitude from the manager just for my food not to be fresh and small breast and drumsticks!! I wish I could give zero stars!

Did you put your chickens on a diet?

They automatically charge a 4% credit card fee when you go through the drive thru. I've never been to a restraunt that charges a credit card fee. Food was old and dry also.

Food was good, maybe not made to order but it was still tasty and a good amount of food for the price. I'd come back again for sure.
