I have grown up eating Lee's and love the food but this specific restaurant is awful to go to. Some of it is in their control and some isnt their fault.I have been there with 10+ cars in line and with none, it doesn't matter, it is always a crawl through their line taking at least 30 minutes every time. The most recent time I tried to get food here. The person taking my order just left halfway through and never came back, even after over 15 minutes of waiting.Cars will block the only exit constantly, items are always unavailable, and orders seem to always have something missing or incorrect.Overall, I love Lee's as a whole, but I never go to this specific store because of all of the inconsistencies and lengthy wait times

Waited in the drive thru line for an hour only to be told that the location was out of famous chicken three hours before they even close. At this point i was already trapped in the drive thru because there is no way to exit and had to wait another 20 mins just to leave. Easily some of the worst service I have ever recieved. They should really have someone outside to inform or a sign to warn you before you get trapped.

Great place to eat at! Jess the Manager was very friendly and generous with the dipping sauces. Love the lobby! It reminds me of the Lee's that used to be on Far Hills Ave, but, without carpet.

Illegal adverising / Bait n switch tactics being used by Lee's Famous Recipe in Kettering on Wilmington pike. Prices advertised on the drive thru menu are getting 4% added to all orders by default. When asked why at the drive thru window, they claim there is a 4% fee added if a card is used. If you use cash, they give you a discount. This information is not on the drive thru menu and it is not a discount when the price is stated on the menu. That is an added fee. I consider this to be illegal advertising as well as bait and switch. Complaint issued to Ohio attorney General since the manager seems to think this isn't an illegal and highly deceptive money grabbing scheme.
