8/1/2025 I've never made a review until now i ate at this place 2 days in a row. The first day I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was, I clearly sat out on a warmer for a good while I told the lady she gave me a new one and apologized today I ordered 2 fish fillets. They came out instant as soon as I made the order. They weren't hot. I didn't think anything of it. I flipped one of them over the whole bottom was soggy, and wet that was at 3 o'clock It's 8 o'clock now and I feel like I'm about to die. I just called the manager and told him he didn't care at all i explained to him what happened and that, I think I might be sick because the food was left out and it wasn't fresh, but he ignored me and said it's always fresh and that he would never serve food. That's not fresh and told me that I should call an ambulance or go to the hospital if i'm sick i don't know if He didn't seem very manager like more like he just picked up the phone i just don't want anyone's kid or someone's grandpa or something to get sick from something like this happening again.It really should be taken more serious

Used to love lees so much but now they are very inconsistent with the quality of their chicken. One day you’ll get some chicken that’s perfectly cooked and seasoned and then you’ll get some chicken that is barely seasoned and not cooked perfectly. I love yall chicken but I hate feeling like I wasted my money sometimes.

I had a bad experience at one store, but this store is the best especially the manager, Shaunda any problems holler at her. She’s the one to put you in the right direction. Very nice lady. Stay away from the trotwood store they on bad business

Mikayla was awesome and her smile with pleasant attitude made my day!!!!! You go girl !!!Chicken and sides perfect biscuit was delicious everything was great. Green bean juice got on my biscuit but it didn't matter because I was in such a great mood because of Mikayla!! Thank you so much!!

Food was great. I had to wait a few minutes before eating my chicken, it was sooo hot lol but I’m very happy it was fresh. 5/5 for this place I got the macaroni, mashed potatoes and chicken and biscuits, biscuits were so soft, great place I will be coming back very often

I bought a large cup off jumbo dippers and there was only 7 dippers in this cup. I’m sure you get the same amount in a small. Just terrible quality of food

Come here for the Wednesday special. Generally have a good experience although a couple times I paid extra for a breast and didn't get it. Today I found a nice little dead bug burrowed into my biscuit. Therefore the two stars.

These are awful and bad value. Chicken tenders are small, over cooked, and cold. Biscuits are very dried, dreadful, and old. An extra side of 3 oz macaroni cheese was $3. Fried wedges were cold and soggy. Absolutely awful. I ate two pieces and threw rest away.
Cokes were only thing they didn’t mess up. I never had Lee’s Famous Chicken. These are by far the worst fried chicken I had in my life. I would prefer to get frozen chicken from Walmart. I recommend starving over eating these chicken.
Restaurant is only as good as people who work here. Who are these people who like these infamous chicken? I would be very upset if I was the owner of this restaurant. Maybe, the owner doesn’t care. Maybe, this is what the owner likes. I am telling you, these fried chickens are by far the worst I ever had. Just awful. This is a bad business.

I will never be back to this location!!!! All over condiments asked for extra butter gave me 2 the young man at the window said give him a minute had to go in the back and get some then the mgr came to the window and handed me 1 butter said we’re out and you only have 1 biscuit ….. hope this isn’t discrimination and if she treats all customers that way over condiments …..pathetic! If they would have told me they didn’t have butter I would have canceled my order and went somewhere else…,
