Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

Will never ever eat from this particular restaurant. The manager was getting the food ready for people and was getting them all wrong. She then told me that I had to wait 8 minutes on wedges...15 minutes later they are still not up.

What really upset me was the fact that the chicken was sitting on the counter whilst I waited. Why would you get the rest of the order ready when wedges were not?

A guy was waiting so long that he got his money back and left without food. I walked inside at 7:03pm and finally walked out of there at 7:41pm and this was for a carryout order.

Do not eat here this location is sl cheap they charge you an extra 5% pay by card with no sign posted which is illegal reporting them the state

The food was hot. They ran out biscuits but they were so nice to compensate me with an extra side. Even though I wasn't really want an extra side it was okay but they still threw them in for me. The staff are always nice at this location.

Came in for dinner and it was a complete disaster. We watched car after car go through the drive thru as we waited over half an hour. When we asked what was going on, they served 2 more cars before asking for our receipt. Apparently, they had run out of biscuits but didn't think to tell any of the customers in the lobby. It took another 10 minutes for us to get our food minus biscuits. What made it worse was that there were 2 people sitting and chatting at the manager desk in full view of customers. (They were not talking business) I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and been served quicker.

10/12/25. 1245PM. GM or manager in the blue shirt was rude, loud, kept nagging about having no smoke breaks. The food was old, nasty, cold. Workers opened up the warmers and had about 200 pieces of old chicken inside. Lady in the blue shirt leaves the line goes outside to her car visible from the dining room smoking in her car. Comes back in doesn't wash her hands. Disgusting health violation!!!

No rating for atmosphere as I used the drive thru. The service was fast and friendly, but the food was just mediocre. We ordered the gizzards and they were tough, as if they were not fresh. They were also over salted and peppered. I wouldn't return to this location if I was visitthe area again.

Haven't been there in years . Decided to
Go back , worst experience I've had in a very long time . Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich & 2 tenders - waited 30 min for my food to come out . Wasted all this time & my chicken wasn't even cooked properly, tasted horrible . They had be wait on the side of the drive thru for my food , I had to walk in to grab it because no one brought it out to me . it was just sitting their the whole time .

I went to Lees today and my food was purchased at 8:22 pm. I was told 5 minutes for strips. I was fine with that. I waited almost 20, got home and the strips are cold! Not even close to being warm let alone hot!

The employees were very nice, service was amazing, and the food is perfectly cooked every time! (To any employees reading this, you do an amazing job over there. Keep up the good work, your food and drinks are amazing) Anyone who dares to needs to try this place's food. I never regretted it.

Recieved order from door dash the chicken tasted very old not fresh at all I ordered 12 pieces all bad. Paid $50 for bad chicken!!!! So tired of this!!!!
