I've eaten numerous times at Lee's with much better results. In all fairness, I was here this time to collect on a free snack promotion, which consisted of 2 "jumbo" chicken strips and a biscuit. I always buy something else from the menu when I cash in on a free promotion because I realize a business can't stay in business giving away free food. But--I wasn't served something that would entice a first-timer to come back. The chicken strips were very small-certainly not jumbo, and way overcooked and dry. I've purchased chicken strips from Lee's before and they're way better than what I was served this time.

I’ve been a Dayton native my whole life, and I had lee’s for the first time, and I’m impressed. Staff members were friendly, the kitchen staff seems like they take pride in there work and it shows. The food was amazing!!! I can’t believe I never had lee”s. In comparison to other chicken spots, I believe there chicken tastes the best. The spicy was good and crispy

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I had a scheduled catered order for a large event at Polen Farms. I verified the day and time on multiple occasions with Mr Runyon and his asst who runs the catering side . The day of my event they were a no call no show. They told me they would be there promptly at 430 to set all the food up . This is unacceptable when I had a huge party to feed and they didn’t even call to let me know they weren’t coming, which then left me not only to scramble up enough food to feed 100+ people but also left me out hundreds of dollars for sides that were prepared to go with the chicken . I left numerous messages with Mr Runyon and even contacted the owner Chuck And left a voicemail to get an explanation as to why they were so unprofessional and no one has called me back it’s been almost 2 weeks . This is HORRIBLE service . I did speak with the store manager at Far Hills who obviously never let either of them no that I have been trying to reach them. I will say, the day of the event an hour after they were suppose to be there to set up the food and my guests had already arrived, she did say she would cook all the chicken but I would have to leave my large party and pick it up and there would be no heating containers . Are you kidding me, and it was only AFTER Polen Farms contacted them about their no show no call . No business should be conducting themselves in this manner, and to make matters worse Polen Farms has them listed as a “preferred” caterer and they charge you if you have someone cater your event that’s not on their list. They really need to update their list because this is not ok. Trust me save the stress, and the lost income you will lose dealing with this unprofessional and non caring company .

Went through the drive-through because the dining room closed at 4 and ordered mine earn my normal order and Instead of a person it was automated Drive-through Instead of a person Instead of a person Whenever my order with the machine when I got to the drive-through window it was wrong had already been here for 15 minutes and they charged me A dollar an order more it's not that I'm complaining about a dollar or 2 but When I tried to explain it to the manager he got rude with me and order was wrong when I got home never go to this location rude staff and overcharged

I had a free birthday meal on the mobile app. App said to give the code on the screen to the cashier. Cashier asked the manager how to put it in. Manager got an attitude and said that it has to be printed out and told me that I need to read the fine print. I read the whole thing again, and it says nothing about printing it out. All it does say is to give the code number to the cashier. I took a screenshot of the whole screen, but it will not load on here for some reason. I will not be returning to this location again.

i like chicken, third time threw the drive through and still yet to get my order anywhere close. guy said thats what i ordered. OK,1 more diet drink and its coming back through the window.suggestion, have the employe repeat the order before paying for the wrong order. saves alot of waste!
