Food was double checked for accuracy assuring all items, sauces, dips, and drinks was all received. Which I appreciate since inevitable my mind goes blank soon as I start my order.

100% the worst location ever established. I'd rather be in the middle of an active firefight to get a glass of warm tap water than order at this location again. EVERY order takes an hour MINIMUM to receive, always understaffed and no employee seems to be able to get a handle on ANYTHING. Intentionally came an HOUR after ordering and still had to wait 20+ minutes for 2 items. go literally anywhere else. I could order a pizza here and go get an oil change at Midas, get mugged, file a police report and STILL have enough time to get back before my order of a HNR and ICB is ready. -5 stars. Edit: order wasn't even started until after i got to the store an hour 30 after i placed the order. And i was not the only person waiting this long. Every day occurrence, get this location staffed and trained or shut it down. Kids BAWLING their eyes out because it took so long. Empty ovens, no sense of urgency. I've seen stoned\drunk college students do this job with better efficiency and organization. -100 stars for making my children cry. Got a refund and went to Happys and my order was ready when i got to their store on Salem. Shame.

Worst experience ever waited ten minutes to even order with no one at the register then I come in and order two hot n ready pizzas the guy tells me to wait then the guy right behind me comes and orders two pepperoni hot and ready pizzas and the guy at the register gives him the two pizzas clearly they was ready when I order and he just took it on his self to disrespect me I’ll never come to this place again horrible experience

I placed a order at 11:50 went to get my order and the store wasn't even open I called corporate and then hung up on me multiple times and wasn't trying to refund me my money over all shitty store
They waited until I got there to pick up my order to make my food.
