This place really doesn't even deserve 1 star. Every time I come and want to pick up an order, I have to wait 1-1.5 hours, damn it.

Came in and was not greeted by a single employee despite there being a line in the vision of the person boxing pizzas (the other two in line told me they were not greeted either). This is NOT how one does proper customer service.
Then when someone finally came out, rather than apologizing to anyone for their wait, the guy instantly went defensive and when I called him out on the lack of customer service skills, he decided he would rather go off on a paying customer instead of handling things in a professional manner.
The two employees I interacted with both need completely retrained in the realm of how to interact with customers or just fired to find another line of work because they clearly are not equipped to have proper customer service when stressed.

Placed the order at 7pm, arrived at 7:25ish to find they didn't even start the order yet, finally left the store at 8pm, only to get home and find out the pizzas were cardboard, barely had toppings, and the pretzel crust pizza was made with regular dough. Tried to call the store to get it fixed but they wouldn't pick up for at least 20 minutes. I have given up. Will never order from them again.

“Hot and Ready” does not apply to this location. Nothing is ever ready whether you walk in or call ahead. It does not matter when you, you will be waiting and this food just is not worth waiting for.
The employees are all zombies, moving incredibly slowly and never even acknowledging your existence.
Someone needs to look into this place.

I have never seen such unprofessional behavior in public. The employees were throwing bags of breadsticks across the store. An employee was eating while making food. They had nothing hat and ready.

These guys messed my order up here on North Dixie in Dayton and it upset the hell outta me and they went above my expectations to make it right with me and for that I thank you and wanted it to be known that they do care about making their customers happy and finishing my night off right.
