This man is nasty he kept wiping his nose with his hands then going and touching orders with them same hands NEVER WASHED I've been standing here 15 minutes so far and not one person has greeted me they waited for me to make a comment to ask me how they could help me
The absolute worst customer service because he was overwhelmed. Stop using and you probably be ok . I'll never spend money because of this experience ?

Stood and waited about 20 minutes to order and no response from anyone that was working. No acknowledgement of my presence in the lobby area from anyone ?. Being hungry I left and took my business elsewhere. Hopefully they got their act together.

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered thru Little Caesars online ordering portal for delivery. I guess their delivery person is thru doordash. So doordash came and dropped it off. I was missing HALF of my order! It wasn't even the dashers fault. They gave him my order and said that was it. How do you miss big items especially when I ordered 4 pizzas all together? So I go there and explain it to them. They were making me reoorder the food that was missing! I shouldn't have to since it was missing! Manager was hiding in the back. The manager asked another customer if she could read. ?♀️ They told me to go thru doordash with my issues when I can't because I didn't order thru doordash! Like wth! This place should be shut down. They don't care about the customers here. They are disrespectful. I will never go back to this location.

I wish I could give less than one star. We waited over an hour tonight for one pizza, an order of breadsticks and an order of wings. We confirmed our order, the lady said 25 ADDITIONAL minutes on top of our initial 40 minute wait. Upon coming in to finally get our pizza, she tells us she cancelled our order, I was confused and said huh? You just told us it would be 25 more mins… she said. And I told you NOW it’s cancelled and rolled her eyes.Absolute TERRIBLE service. They also cancelled others orders and we ordered around 8:40 pm.

Ordered a pizza it was suppose to be ready for pick up at 8:25 p.m. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for it. Why I was standing there waiting. I noticed none of the works had gloves on. I also noticed they didn’t wash their hands after touching things. The guys handling the dough did not wash his hands other after touching other stuff. North Dixie is convenient for me to get a Pizza fast. But, I don’t think I will be going to that one again anytime soon. Was excited about it opening back up. But, ended up being very disappointed.
