The fish was hot and fresh. The new waffle fries are great. The Cole slaw was dry not like it used to be . I wish long Johns Silvers was closer to me. The staff are very nice and hard workers.

I placed a large order in the drive thru staff was very polite food was hot and fresh only had to wait a few minutes for the order
Yes, it's fast food, but staff brings it to your table. They check to see if everything's ok. Food is hot, fresh, just what you ordered. Have nothing to complain about. Staff does a great job.

I was served. They took my order period. Customer service had no smile and a bit cold. My chicken was old and rubbery. The hush puppies and waffle fries were cold as well. I won't go back to this one.
The food was good but $5.69 for 1 hot dog not worth it at all.

The fish and chips is consistently good. I love having the option of A&W as well, especially the root beer. I am now a widower and eat there from time to time. I always look forward to it as my wife and I used to go there pretty often. The prices are reasonable. As for the atmosphere, well, it is low key but I do like that they were playing soft rock music while I ate. All together a pleasant experience .

The fish was overcooked and the order looked sparce. Didn't finish it all. Will struggle to go back. Went through the drive up.
