I went to this one which is almost 8 miles from my home, just to encounter a huge problem. I ordered almost $50 worth of food and one of the workers decided to give my order to the customer in front of me. I waited nearly an hour for my food. However the manager that took my order came to check on me and rectified the situation. I wish I had her name she should be commended for handling the situation.
We used to order here using on-line coupons on ljs website. I even signed up with my e-mail, but I don't get any, so we do not get carryout as much anymore.
I like my fries a me crispy than what i received - cold and floppy. The fish as usual satisfied my hunger and desire for fish. The staff offered and assisted my us of a coupon that was for online orders only - but offered it to us eventhough we ate at the restaurant.
Great people here. They are kind and courteous and do their job really well. I know they are probably understaffed like everyplace. Mad props to y’all. I will definitely eat here again no matter how the wait is.
