Long John Silver's

Today is March 8, 2025. I haven't been to LJS in a few years. I went through the drive-thru and ordered fish/chicken. The fish I received must have been old because it looked discolored and tasted bad. The chicken also tasted off. It had some gristle in it. NASTY! I spent money on a meal I ended up throwing out. I will not be returning to LJS ever again.👎👎

Fast service, especially when the order is placed through their app.
Quality control needs to pay attention. I was shorted a side and didn't notice until I was home.

I was treated horribly tonight by one of the employees in the drive through. I’m not sure if she was the manager or what (taller black woman with braids), but she was incredibly rude to me for no apparent reason. I’m assuming she may have been having a bad night, but that does not excuse her behavior. I will never return to this location.

Food was good but just a little to greasy. Service was fast and restaurant was clean.

As I was walking up to the door knowing that Long John silver's does not close until 8:00 p.m. both doors were locked. There was an employee already mopping the floor and cleaning up while people were sitting down in there eating and some people were still ordering at 7:00 p.m. this is very unprofessional. If the restaurant is open until 8:00 then everything should stay open until 8:00 p.m. find new workers or management.

The lot is messed up but the food is grrate

We didn't go in, just went through the drive through, but I was pleasantly surprised that the seafood was really great! And coming from Seattle, that's saying a lot. I may just drive the 3 hours just to get more of that shrimp. I didn't enjoy the baby crab cakes though. Super small. And the mini hot dogs were pretty flavorless, but everything else was great.

Amazing food and wonderful customer service. Associate greeted with a smile, made jokes, brought food out to table while we were getting drinks. Even checked on us while we were finishing up our meal. Great place!!!

I was visiting in Ohio and saw a Long John Sliver commercial. I ran to their restaurant for lunch. They all closed where I live. The flavor and crispy fresh was still the same.
