Fish and chicken was good and lady behind the counter was awsome. Not many of these places around any more so got to support the ones that are. Will definitely be back.

Hate the new fries. Everything else was great. Bit of a leaky roof in the heavy rain was disconcerting in a restaurant. Staff was very friendly. Don’t eat LJS often (locations at home aren’t convenient) but had a craving and this location was near the service appointment for my car

Horrible and rude customer service, food was old and tasted like rubber. We actually got served food that we didn't order, because the cashier apparently put the wrong order in the register and when I went back to the front counter the manager rolled her eyes at us, because evidently she hates her job, I just can't believe Long John silver's has a person representing their company in such an unprofessional and for lack of better words ghetto attitude. Very disappointed , and we will not be back.

I stopped in at Long John Silvers. The fish was good but I thought that one piece had too much coating. The fish was nice and hot.

I paid 68$ to get some food that I wouldn't serve to a dog. Not only did the food come not fully cooked properly, it was also short. Somehow 15 coconut shrimp became 8 and 12 pieces of chicken became 9, while 24 hush puppies were 16. No sauces, no napkins, horrible attitude from the window person. If you don't like your job get a new one. I ordered an hour before they closed and I guess that made them mad. I tried to call only to get some sort of fax machine. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had at long johns. I really hope they make it right.

Order was wrong, coupons not honored as advertised. The staff was unprofessional, not customer service oriented and RUDE! This includes the manager. Overall concern, this place should be condemned. It is disgustingly dirty, unsanitary, floors have crust on them that I'm certain could be removed with a putty knife. The men's restroom, wow, the crust and filth in that room is shocking. Does the Health Dept inspect on a regular basis? Think about this, male employees are using the Men's room and then preparing our food! Seriously, is the owner or corporate wondering about any of this, does a regional manager visit this location for an inspection? If so, he/she should be fired with the local manager.

Honestly, it wasn't the greatest. The food wasn't great. Fountain pop was really gross. The cashier and her customer service were the best part about the experience. Probably won't be back.

Today is March 8, 2025. I haven't been to LJS in a few years. I went through the drive-thru and ordered fish/chicken. The fish I received must have been old because it looked discolored and tasted bad. The chicken also tasted off. It had some gristle in it. NASTY! I spent money on a meal I ended up throwing out. I will not be returning to LJS ever again.👎👎
