I had the best experience tonight. I wanted to use the BOGO but the Ap kept giving me an error. The manager, Deante, was so AWESOME!!! He gave me the deal with no hesitation. Now thats Exceptional Customer Service.

Food was good. The service was a little chaotic, but the manager was friendly and worked things out. The dining area was clean and comfortable. The restrooms were clean. We'll go back.

This place is great!! The cashier was amazing and just wanted us to be happy. The restaurant was clean and enjoyable to sit and eat. Always people dining here and the best root beer floats!

Food was wonderful service was good restaurant was clean, they should have diet mt dew I need le bubbles in my drink and sugar free. A person can only drink tea for so long before they snap

Food was great they Shrunk the size of the chicken planks. Bad choice but they still tasted good just not proportionally the right size for the price of the meal.

Food was room temperature. Staff was very pleasant. Ceiling was leaking in about 20 different spots! There were buckets everywhere. We found one dry table to sit at.

Hate the new fries. Everything else was great. Bit of a leaky roof in the heavy rain was disconcerting in a restaurant. Staff was very friendly. Don’t eat LJS often (locations at home aren’t convenient) but had a craving and this location was near the service appointment for my car
