Pizza was done before I knew it, smelled amazing on the car ride back, opened that big boy and DAMN you guys dont skip on toppings, the crust is fluffy and garlicky, the visual of it is a master peice, truly a work of art. I wish I had been ordering from you guys much sooner.

brittney one of your workers was absolutely horrible to me and my fiancé when we came in to place an order. not only that but treated her co workers so poorly, i am not happy with the service or your worker brittney, she took it a step further to drop our food very rudely on the counter. not happy ?

Have ordered three times now from here and had a wonderful experience each time. The last time I ordered ahead of time online (2days) for a birthday party at 11:45, they came right on time and everything was very good. Their staff is always very friendly and they are always prompt with their delivery.

Day 4 of waiting for my return. The driver left the pizza sitting on a small wet table Infront of the apartment complex instead of my apartment door. Never notified me of the delivery. Neighbor came out to walk her dogs. They smelled the pizza and nocked it to the ground. Called the store and manager said that he left it outside because the apartment entrance was probably locked. It's never locked. Called again manager said to call my bank and the the refund should take up to 5 business days. So we will see. Once I receive the refund I'll remove the post.

We ordered a sub and large wings and the sub was good but the wing are the smallest wings I’ve ever seen from a restaurant in my life and the price you’d think you’d get standard size at least..These baby chicks were slaughtered way to early!! Thumbs down.

There was a mistake made on our delivery order (We ordered a bowl without cheese and it came with cheese, my wife is dairy free). I called to get the correct item brought out and the person who answered the phone said he would get the manager. While waiting for the manager to come on the phone I could hear them laughing in the background and what came across as joking about my issue. When the manager got on the phone, he was very cold, and my issue was an apparent inconvenience for him. The customer service from the manager was disappointing and it seems that the culture of the store lacks care for the customer (Marcos Pizza 1128 in Dayton, Ohio). The delivery guy was great and we gave him an additional tip for bringing out the correct order.
