I used to love this location but recently something has definitely changed. I placed a dine in order and the old man either named Dan or Sam rang it in as a take out order. I told him he rang it as to go and he tried to argue with me. Well I get my order to go and there’s SNOT on the bag from his hand. I could see the snot on his hand and on the bag. Absolutely disgusting. I just threw my order away at Speedway. I can’t trust the hygiene here and neither should you. Probably won’t be back for awhile until I no longersee him at the counter.

The staff is tremendously friendly, at the Miller Lane in Dayton, Ohio, they always treat me like family, I only have one problem, on the mobile app we're not able to tip anymore could we please bring the tip back on the mobile app. It would be greatly appreciated. We had a great experience on Christmas Eve day morning. I didn’t get the guys name but that guy working the counter was a star! Super nice! Very helpful when bringing the food and checking up on us and getting drink refills. Better than a lot of restaurants. He also Recognized my military veteran status and helped me get that discount I didn’t know to ask for. He had the Christmas Spirit and the food was great too! Don’t know who was cooking but we got three meals and it all came out great. We were happy! Definitely would go back here. Wish I had tipped the guy at the counter better!!

I’ve been wanting a good sandwich for a while, so I came here on 1/13/2026. Paid $16.99 for a spicy turkey melt that was over toasted to the point I could not even bite into it. I ordered this to go, so by time I see the sandwich I’m already at my destination. I had to drive back here! It was so burnt that I couldn’t even poke the top with my finger. Is quality not checked before sending food out? I paid with card so I’ll have to wait 24-48 hours for my refund. The manager Jason was very professional, understanding and handle this issue with care. Thank you!

I did a pick up order tonight and had to wait for about 20 minutes for my food. It seemed as though maybe they were short staffed or the kitchen staff might have been moving slow/new I’m not sure. I didn’t get a bowl of soup I ordered. The man running the front/register was very polite and communicated with the customers / kitchen as much as he could to get orders out. The building was clean. Let me know if I can get that soup 😊
Kay is freaking phenomenal this staff has some of the best customer service out of any food establishment I’ve been to in a very long time if you are considering eating here I highly recommended. Kay and the whole staff will definitely serve you with a smile :)

Me and my wife both ordered a pick 2. She loved the chili. I thought the chicken tortilla soup was amazing. Both the chili and soup were hot hot. Just like I like it. She had the roast beef sub with aju she thought it was ok. I finished it for her. She is gonna try something else next time. I got the spicy BBQ chicken sandwich. Not spicy but good flavor. I liked it. But think I will try something else next time too. The brownie that we added on before we left was amazing. The service was outstanding. The older gentleman at the counter was super friendly and helpful as it was our first time there and told us how to download the app and get free items. The manager walked by and asked how we were doing she said she was the front of the house manager. She was very friendly. I thought I took my tray somewhere and the younger gentleman running food took it for me and offered to get me a refill but the older gentleman beat him too it since the younger guy had his hands full. Working like a team. I love the team work and best of all the hospitality. I most definitely will be back. The only negative part I will add is there was a lot of empty tables that needed wiped down we ended up sitting at a high top because all the booths left open were dirty and same with some of the tables. But I still have a five star because they were busy at the time and for all I know maybe somebody called off. But overall a 5star

The portions of the food are extremely small, we were still hungry after leaving. The prices are ridiculously high. We waited way too long for cold, stale food. Our order was made wrong. We had to wait in line for our drinks, 20 minutes after receiving our food. We weren’t given silverware and I ordered soup. I knew we should have left when we walked in and a guy was cussing out the kitchen staff for messing up his order. They were fully staffed but most of the staff was talking to one another instead of working. It was not a good experience and we won’t be returning.
