Waited over 30 mins for our takeout food. 3 people standing around talking not doing anything.They didn't put one of my sides in my bag.They labeled my food correctly but put the same sandwich in both boxes.A bunch of idiots work there and they need to do some serious improvements to this store.

Worst place ever to go to that white girl amber that works there has the worst attitude and customer service talks about peoples kids and pops pills before she comes in to works and has hella drama with this young boy she she’s 35 dating a 17 year old boy there and she’s his boss the store is not good at all all kinds of sexual harassment in that place Kolin sells weed from outta there and come really high when making peoples food the don’t wash they hands nor do they wear anything on they heads it be hella hair in customers food.

This is the first time I wasn't too happy with the service. I placed an online order and when I went to pick up my food, it was mostly wrong. They fixed my order (mostly). The nachos were missing the sour cream and avocado 's. Otherwise, they still don't skimp on the meats! Arby's don't have anything on McAlister's! I will eventually be back. Please don't mess up my order next time. They are one of my favorite Sandwich shops.

We haven’t been to this McAlister’s in a few years. When it opened it was a wonderful place to eat. When we ate there Feb. 13 for dinner, we were disappointed. The bathrooms were not clean and the smell came out into the restaurant. The food was ok. Not very filled sandwich & my potato salad side was not a very big serving. Three bites and should have been at least a half a cup. Tea of course was excellent.

Not open until 9 on Sunday. Walked to the door with posted hours "open until 9 on Sunday" at 7:59pm. All doors locked.
Walked in the store smelled absolutely atrocious. Service was abominable. Stayed there over 10 minutes with no one even attempting to take my order.

The food for the most part is pretty good however with any place sometimes you go in there and they make take a little longer than normal especially when you are on your lunch break. Well today I was really looking forward to enjoying the spud that I had ordered however the potato was burnt at the bottom and it wasn't very hot. The bread on both of my sandwiches that I ordered was hard as ever. Needless for the price I paid for my food today I won't be going back.

We ordered tomato bisque and chicken tortilla soup. It was fresh and tasty. It took less than 5 minutes to receive our takeout order. The staff are kind and easy to talk to. Make McAlister's Deli your next restaurant visit. You will be pleased.
