Waited almost 15 minutes for a simple sausage and egg mcmuffin meal, which was almost 8.00. Then 1/4 mile down the road I discover they forgot to put the hashbrowns in the bag and the sandwich was only half wrapped. On top of this I observed the fry person placing hashbrowns in the tray to drop, with his bare hands. Maybe no hashbrowns was a blessing?

Usually we have a good experience at this McDonald’s in the morning because the staff is trying a little bit better and they seem to be a little bit older and they care more. My son comes through a few times a week to get me a sandwich the same sandwich nothing changes And this morning he got it ordered the same way as usual new breakfast sauce. It had breakfast sauce on it and I have a knot to be able to drive during the day because we only have one car so I called the store. Let them know which I hardly ever do because I just don’t like to complain And the manager that answer the phone I could never hear her name. She kept talking a mile a minute I told her I had the receipt and everything and there was no way that I could come back today and she pretty much yelled at me and said you will bring the receipt and you will bring the food back when you come back and I said ma’am I already threw that in the trash it was wrong I didn’t want it. I don’t like the smell of that nasty breakfast sauce and she said I don’t care. You will bring the sandwich back if you want it replaced OK I get that a lot of people scam food I get that but I pay for my food every single time I go through that restaurant, and the one time that I call because they messed up she treated me less than a customer. And for the first time in a while, I decided to leave a review what I hate full manager to make one of her customers like a criminal trying to steal my food. I get it I get it do you know, but sometimes people are actually tell him the truth. I just thought it was kind of rude for her to talk to me. That way I would’ve never spoken to her that way.

Terrible service. Went through drive thru yesterday afternoon & ordered 1 cheeseburger, 1 deluxe chicken sandwich, 1 med fry, & 2 cookies, with 2 ketchup packets. Paid, pulled up to 2nd window & the employee tried to hand me somebody else's drink. Then he & a couple female employees started dancing. One of the dancing females set a bag in front of him, & he picked it up & was about to hand it to me while asking them who's order it was & nobody seemed to know, so I told them what my order was. He set the bag down & they continued to dance again while I waited. They gave him another bag & he handed it to me. Thank goodness I always check my orders before leaving any drive thru restaurant, because of course the dancing employees forgot to put the cookies & ketchup in the bag. So I had to be inconvenienced by going through the drive thru again to get the forgotten cookies. Don't any of the employees know that the baggers & the cashiers are both supposed to check the bags to make sure all items are in there????? And where was the manager during the dance party, but for all I know the manager could have been one of the dancers. Oh, I forgot to mention that the fries seemed to only be 3/4 full as usual. I'm sending a copy of this to corporate headquarter.

Ordered 3 hash browns, had to pull forward to wait 5 minutes! Then they only brought 2 out, waited another 5 minutes!! I finally just left!! It doesn't really matter Which McDonald's you go to, they always mess up even Simple orders! I think we will just go to Burger King from now on!!

Bloody Binge

This place has become a major joke of a restaurant. Apparently management has changed within the past year or so because it used to be a decent place for a fast food joint. However the past few times I've been in here the employees always have an attitude, it takes forever for someone to come to the front to even help your customers, and the order is almost always wrong. I know McDonald's won't care, but if you really want McDonald's I suggest driving around the corner to Smithville or even the Woodman ones. They seem to have their act together. Also how did that short manager with the blonde hair with black streaks get to be in charge? I've heard her tell multiple people if they don't like it go somewhere else. Is that really how a manager is supposed to think? Telling customers to take their money elsewhere?

This place has become the absolute worst McDonald’s in the city over the past few months. Last time I went the short manager with the blonde hair told me if they are so bad then don’t come back. Is this really the standard of customer service you promote? Instead of trying to fix the problems (long waits, orders wrong, and bad attitudes from employees) your manager, the representative of your business, tells me to go elsewhere.

Dasher Here..
They handed out the wrong order. Stood here for about 5 to 10 minutes waiting for a remake but the Manger with the blonde and black streaks in her hair. Has much attitude to give but not enough work in her steps. I feel like communication should be better with the employees and Dasher. We are in place for the customers
Doesn't matter if it's an delivery. Treat people accordingly

Its not hard to know when someone orders a meal you are supposed to get fries. Either workers are incompetent or just doesnt care anymore. No wonder I stay away from McDonalds now, not to mention they havent pulled the E. Coli beef from it yet. Be warned!

Went through the drive thru and they told me to park it and I waited ten minutes for a filet meal which was warm at best - after I walked in to get it - NEVER again - I'm done with McDonalds - I want my money back and my gas - thank you - should be free
