Just went through the drive thru for my order so I didn't get the full experience, but it is a McDonald's we gotta remember not to hold them at that high of a standard it is fast food, but non the less this McDonald's is faster then most.

On 7/20/25 we ordered through the mobile app, which they get wrong the majority of the time, so we knew we were going to be delayed having to check our order and verify we got everything we paid for. However, this time, there was nobody to even speak with. The doors were locked and people were ignoring the drive thru. Cars were lined up in both lanes. It took over 30 minutes before anyone started helping. By the time we got our food and made it home, it was so cold it was inedible. The only good thing I can say is they got the order right, at least. Customers should not have to settle between getting what they pay for OR being able to eat what they pay for. This store has become a joke. They need to do better.

This order took 15 minutes in total. I went through drive thru & ordered Biscuit & Gravy, 1 side of Gravy, and 2 Hash Browns with 2 ketchup packets. Was told they are waiting on biscuits & to pull forward to wait & they'd bring my order out to me. Waited 10 minutes & called them on phone to ask where my order was & that I'd been waiting 10 minutes. Employee told me that when I ordered they had told me they were waiting on biscuits.....I told her that I had been waiting 10 minutes, & she said they'd bring it out when it's ready & she abruptly hung up on me.....I was going to suggest they just replace the scratch made biscuit with one of the buttermilk biscuits, but before I could say this, she hung up on me. They brought my food, but it was missing the 2 Hash Browns, so I called them again & told them that. When they brought my Hash browns out, I showed the employee that my Sausage Gravy & Biscuit had been flipped over on top of each other so that both biscuit halves were on top of each other like pancakes with hardly any gravy. I also told her that they forgot the ketchup but I wasn't waiting anymore because I had already waited 15 minutes and I wasn't happy with their service & I left. Terrible Terrible Terrible service.....they need to do better
On a side note, this isn't the first time McDonald's has pancaked the Biscuits & Gravy on my order, and the Linden Ave location isn't the only location that does this....so they should fix this issue.

Do yourself a favor and go a few blocks to another McDonalds. They pull you up every single time, even if you put in a mobile order. If you do go to this one, check your order. There are always things missing. New management is awful!

I purchased Valentines coupons from McDonalds in Beavercreek, that has 4 free coupons that I was told by Manager when I purchased them, that I can use all 4 at one time, and they will never expire, even though they have a expiriation and limit one on back of coupon. I purchased 5 books from BC location for $5. My grand daughter tried using 4 coupons today and was told she can use only one coupon. I called McDonalds on Linden Ave today and asked for manager and gave her above verbage. She explained to me their policy and denied this went on today. She agreed that she can come back and they would honor all 4. I asked for her name and she would not tell me her name. I told her I would call Mr. Chris Kempczinski, McDonalds Chairman of Board and CEO. She hung up on me. I then called back and she hung up again. I will contact McDonalds Home office on this. In the meantime DO NOT SHOP MCDONALDS ON 4501 LINDEN AVE. DAYTON, OHIO 45431!!!

Waited almost 15 minutes for a simple sausage and egg mcmuffin meal, which was almost 8.00. Then 1/4 mile down the road I discover they forgot to put the hashbrowns in the bag and the sandwich was only half wrapped. On top of this I observed the fry person placing hashbrowns in the tray to drop, with his bare hands. Maybe no hashbrowns was a blessing?
