This place needs to close serving raw as food to people and the rudest customer service ever if you value your health and sanity do not go here! Also while waiting some guys came in and was humping the tree and moaning extremely loud and management didn't say anything or ask them to leave but you tell them your order is messed up they threaten to call the cops on someone. The tree that was violated is pictured here.

Dine in order was screwed up. Went to the counter and 3 employees looked at me and ignored me. No one manning the counter. You have to wait forever for someone to acknowledge you. Whatever happened to customer service skills with people. Anyone could have helped me. So frustrating.

I went though the drive thru and had a code for a free sandwich, which I had loaded as I got up to the speaker, because I know their app codes can be finicky if you do otherwise. Well, I gave them my code and it didn’t work. I even showed them the code and what it said when I got to the window. They gave me no options nor fixed the problem on their end. Any other McDonald’s promos it off when this happens. Absolutely terrible service. I shouldn’t have to pay for a sandwich that I have a code to get it free because of a reward. Do better.

Manager with short black hair with color underneath was yelling at her crew today around 12 .seemed stressed had to wate 17 mins for a remake on a sandwich. The poor minors in the red hats looked clueless .instead of yelling at your crew where customers can hear you how about strategie on how to work threw the fast pace environment and process things successful. Food is to expensive to have to wate 17 mins for a remake sandwich when the rest of my food is now.cold now .stop making excuses that customers don't want to hear and just fix the problem
