Sometimes a great mcdonalds. You can get fresh, warm food and everything goes as plannned. Other times are very underwhelming. Cold, old food, app won't work sometimes for their store. It'll take the code but they'll tell you no discount of anything was applied to the order. Items missing. Just very hit and miss.

My wife came home with mcdonald's, my child's nuggets had 3... not 6. The fries looked like this. When I tried to talk to the "manager apparently named easton" she kept screaming at me and telling me to calm down. She said I was screaming and then said she couldn't hear me so she's gonna have to pick a reason to be upset with me. Now she hung up on me(multiple times) after telling me to calm down six times. (She was on speaker, I was trying to be polite because I know mistakes happen) however she asked me if I was stupid because she already told me her name. Ill be back for a refund tomorrow, you should get rid of this manager, I was nothing but polite and she was screaming on the phone. I know dayton is ratchet, but this animosity and not having any skills to de-escalate a situation i was trying to de-escalate was insane. I cant believe you have this woman working, let alone as a "manager".

The fries are always crispy, fresh and tasty. I also ordered a filet o fish and the bun was so fluffy. My favorite is the caramel frappuccino because it wakes me up. They seem to be paying their new hires a livable wage. $16/$25.

Only complaint I have is they quit selling my Hi -c orange drink.I look forward to that every morning.U drink water everyday for my health and I drink that cause i cant drink caffeine.
Night shift staff are HORRIBLE!!! unprofessional, rude, cold food and the drive thru worker got confrontational and threatened my girlfriend because she asked for our fried to be replaced because they were clearly old as hell and cold! Will NEVER go back.
DO NOT go during the night shift!!!!! So rude and unprofessional. The girl working the window yelled at me because I talked to quiet and then again saying not to tell at her. The food was cold and when we asked to get it replaced they were even worse and basically threw the bag at me out the window. I will NEVER be back!!

This place...Generally the food isn't bad, it does have its occasional "I get what I paid for" moments like most fast food places.The service is my least favorite part. All the employees are very clearly just going through the motion, and hate being there. I don't blame them for that, but then there are moments where they are just straight rude to you for no reason.I tried getting oatmeal one night for my wife, we get it there all the time. I asked nicely if they have it tonight and the young lady said yes, she then interrupted me half way through my order and told me nevermind we don't, and then began laughing at me with a coworker over the mic. They then asked me if that was showing that they didn't listen to the rest of my order before the oatmeal. I eventually just said I was done with the order cause I didn't want to deal with it.The inside is just your general McDonald's, nothing special... Nothing bad.
