I usually when I visit this McDonald’s location my food is hot and fresh. Today wasn’t the case..i ordered 2 Big Macs/Fries and Chocolate Cookies. My sandwiches and fries were ice cold. The burgers look liked burnt soil meat… weird looking.
The yong employees had attitudes and just walking around doing nothing. You would think with so much time on their hands I would be greeted with a smile and hot food.

I pulled up to the drive thru at 2:30 am. There was another car at the other intercom. After 5 minutes, neither of us had been waited on. The other car stopped in front of the window and drove off. When I got to the window I was met by a young female. She informed me if I was with DoorDash. I told her no. I was then informed that they only took DoorDash between 1am and 3am. If that is the case then why isn’t this communicated on Google Maps or posted everywhere across the business?

how am I gonna ask you to give me a certain amount of sauce and then you give me less than I asked for even though you charge me full price and then get a attitude when I ask you to give me the rest of the sauce you need to fix your customer service and the atmosphere because there’s no way you need to be working at a fast food restaurant and act like that I know everybody has bad days, but there’s no excuse

If extreme salt is your thing then make sure you go through the drive through window after 11:30 at night, the 4 large orders of fries had so much salt on them that they were inedible but given the time of year maybe we can put them around windows and doorways to keep the ghosts out, seriously - I'm pretty sure if I had attempted to eat them I'd be a ghost about now, there's less salt in a salt lick than there were in the fries, kind of wondering if some employee didn't get ticked off about a large order at 11:30 at night. Come to think of it maybe I should keep them until it snows.

Placed a mobile order for breakfast that was confirmed 10 minutes before we got there. Had to wait in the drive-thru line for another 10 minutes. Got to the window at 10:31 and was denied the breakfast we had already paid for and that was confirmed by this business. The lady working also had an attitude. Beyond disappointed in this service and will not be going back to this establishment.
Food is fabulous, they were very friendly and very kind people. I’m pregnant and had to use the bathroom really bad and they let me in even knowing how busy they were tonight. Amazing crew! 10/10 would recommend this place and will be back as well
