You know I come to these places every day and get a caramel frappe with extra caramel they charge you $30 for extra caramel but yet they never want to give it to you and then the dude up here wants to tell me to go somewhere else then don't worry I will take my business somewhere else and I'll be damned if I spend another penny at your McDonald's

I went to this location today and got a big mack extra value meal. I asked for no onions and pickles and extra Mac sauce. I got no pickles and they scraped off the onions and gave me a Luke warm burger and 1 piece of cheese for 2 burgers I got extra sauce and they gave me 1 single napkin. Luckily I had extra in the car. The person in the window lied I SAID I DON'T WANT THE ROOT BEER IF ITS GOING TO BE A UP CHARGE! He said it wouldn't change me anyway. The thing was the fries weren't Hot. It was Gross ?

Ordered food on the mobile app at this location. When I got to the restaurant my app froze and it did not give me a mobile order number. So I told the drive thru and they had me pull-up to the window and when I went up to the window they asked me what my order number was and when I told them what happened the employee in drive thru became very rude. At first they found my order but then acted like they didn’t. Then how did you know my name was Ashley? So they had me proceed to the second window where I then spoke to their manager. I showed him my receipt on my email and he thus told me that it was not in their system so therefore they would not be making it. Which of course made me mad because the order had already been taken out of my bank account and I had a receipt. The manager was incredibly rude and did not want to hear what I had to say and was not willing to help me at all. So me and my spouse parked the car and called customer service. They told me to go inside and check one more time to see if my order had popped up. I asked to speak to the manager again and he of course proceeded to tell me that it still wasn’t in their system. That it was out of his hands and therefore not his problem. I feel like I was robbed of both my money, food, and time. When I have gone to other locations and this problem has come up they still made my order because I had a receipt just like this time. This manager should be fired because of the way he spoke to me was both incredibly rude and disrespectful. He obviously needs to be retrained on customer service.

Is that it, is that it, is that it…give me a second to finish my order you won’t get right anyway and I’ll tell you when that is all. .. wow and the manager standing next to her allowing it. And yes my order was still wrong and the guy at the window a shut the window and didn’t care.And it’s always nice to watch someone’s hair go into the ice container while scooping it out. Put your hair up!!!!This place is just as bad as Needmore and Keowee street McDonald’s.

Driving through the area & stopped here. Clean restaurant, great customer service. We had a large order & it was ready at our table before we even filled our drinks & everything was 100% accurate--which was impressive as we had enough customizations. One our best McDonald's experiences ever! Great job team & management!!
