Waited in the drive thru lane for over 10 minutes... person in front of me drove away... the person in the other outside line also drove away. I was there before the other cars in the outside lane. The 2 cars in the outside lane's order were taken while I still sat in line. Not a Happy customer. The management need to make sure the lines move in tandem.

Yeah the service was good but I told the woman what I wanted and it seems like there was an issue and I told him that I wanted dipping sauce for my nuggets and they didn't
give me nothing and I had to wait for about 3 minutes to be waited I walked in and ordered it and they still didn't get it right it's getting to the point you can't go nowhere and eat good where you don't have to spend a fortune I still don't get what you ask for and I went to the one right there by Meijer in miamisburg and the french fries are always cold when you get them will pay for food I want it hot

It's McDonald's, America's favorite! My go-to faves include the McChicken, large fries, done the way they are famous for, with just the right amount of salt and grease, hash browns, sausage McGriddle, Oreo McFlurry, although these have almost risen out their own price range, the sugar-free hot vanilla latte, and last but not least, sweetened tea. Happy munching!

Would have had a great experience went inside to order. While ordering on the kiosk employees working drive thru we’re talking about the drive thru guest saying horrible things one of the workers were telling the guy to stop. Just wondering now what they say about me when o visit. I will not be back to McDonald’s. Sad nobody has respect for anyone anymore and you will just hire anyone.

I filed a complaint with mcdonalds corporate and on the app. I Placed a online order for curbside went to pick it up they claim they never had a mobile curbside order I show them receipt and order pending showing this location and they tell me it's not there problem and that I'll just need to reorder. Even with the order in there face showing the address and that it's ready for pick up. They still have the audacity to tell me they don't have the order. Forcing me to have to cancel the order The staff here are some of the most disrespectful, lazy, dirty and inconsiderate jerks I've ever encountered. This location needs shut down or completely restaffed.
Rolled through the drive thru around 5:15 am to be greeted by the nicest staff I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s. Food was fresh and amazing, won’t go to another McDonald’s again. Thank you for a good start to my morning

I just witnessed the Day Manager Derrick treat a young man with darker skin then him with the most upmost disrespect. I just witnessed this manager try to kick this young man out of the store for absolutely nothing. It was straight up racism and it was disgusting. This customer was so soft spoken and did not deserve to be treated the way he was all for the color of his skin.... I am disgusted!! Do better McDonald's!!!

Came through this location for an iced coffee during lunch hour. Drive thru line went quick. Lady took my money and was friendly. Next window they passed it out with a "have a great day" and I was on my way. Took total 10 minutes in a jam packed line. Iced coffee was delicious and I got back to my travels. ?
