My burger was burnt.... my frap was wrong and the lady was so rude when I told her it was wrong this is one I will not do a quick stop to ever agin people are rude and can't even make the drinks right its McDonald's though right? Gosh...

Horrible service and so very rude. When did they start charging for syrup? Then when I said fine charge me they told me I would have to come in from the drive thru and pay for it. Ridiculous! The man working Saturday morning April 6th at this location at the drive thru was extremely rude and needs a class on customer service. Won’t be back!

I keep trying to give this place a chance. Door dash today and half of our order was missing. 12 minutes after pulling forward to wait on a McFlurry earlier and also missing bbq sauce for nuggets. 10 minutes after pulling forward 2 weeks ago for a quarter pounder with no onions.

First time a McDonald's has made me sick! And had a manager arguing with a customer in the dining room. Pretty odd for McDonald's, I'll never go to this location again. Clearly poorly run and seems as though food safety is sub-par also.

Went through the drive-thru at 10:30 am; and I had to pull forward to wait for my food, because they just switched over to the lunch menu.I waited 15 minutes and then went inside and met the girl as she was coming out with my food. When I got into the car I checked my order and they forgot my fries. Not very happy that I had to go back in again for my drive-thru order.Services a joke... Pay attention people!!

my complaint is I received bad customer service when I pre ordered online a big Mac medium meal my big Mac was poorly made it was rush made sandwiche with all lettuce all the big Mac box just a slope sandwich and my fries were old and not even filled so I returned and went inside to get some fresh fries I decided to just replace the fries, once inside I'm standing there and I was not helped until I said can some one help me twice , they didn't even look my way I was not even acknowledged at all I felt because of im a minority. I was not help until a young man came and ask what the problem was I ask for some fresh fries the young man threw them away and person closet to counter look in the trash to see what he through so he was aware of my presence .I was ignored by staff which not good customer service. Because of the poor customer service I wanted to post this poor customer service on the Wilmington pike store to show people how staff treats people. I felt really unimportant to your staff .
