came through drive thru - ordered a #9 got a #5. Hey, stuff happens. I came back, they fixed it but gave me half of my fires back (carton was half full, of which were all now cold) and no apology offered, I almost feel this was done out of spite, but whatever...NOTE to this location: the outer drive thru #2 speaker makes viewing the screen to confirm your order impossible. Who ever made that design didn't perform their diligence. I am sure this isnt the first time you've heard this.

The manager is about as rude as possibly could be. I asked for an iced caramel coffee and said to her can you do me a favor and make sure there's enough caramel in it so it tastes like a caramel flavor coffee, as the name dictates. Well she charged me an Xtra .50, so I said "maam, I don't want to pay extra $0.50 for something that's supposed to taste like" she then said " whatever" and shout off my price and said "move forward". So I pulled up to the window, she pretty much threw the coffee at me and said "have a great day" without even looking at me or making eye contact at all. And this was the manager of the restaurant. Can you get her name because she was way too quick. I guess asking to get what you pay for and what's it's supposed to be to begin with is asking for too much these days. God knows the prices are extremely way too high at McDonald's to begin with and to try to charge me an extra $0.50 for something that is already supposed to be in it seems a little much. I think attitudes need adjusting everywhere, even mine at times as well.And to end this, the coffee didn't taste like caramel whatsoever so she didn't even do that much for me ... Thanks Ronald

Horrible sterile feeling environment after the redo in the lobby. They took the self serve drink station out. I don't want some random stranger filling my drink for me. Will start avoiding McDonald's once they start doing this at every location.

Drive thru 3 dbl bacon cheese burgers meal 3milkshakes fries were very crispy milkshakes didnt have enough favor strawberry or chocolate hamburgers were dry not at all do they know how to cook sad need to be retrained make it right for their customers,

Ordered on App at Curbside spot a Big Mac with no pickles. Guess what, I got pickles added. Box that burger came in had grill ticket on it saying No Pickle.
