Typical mcdonalds food. But repeatedly bad service when it comes to shakes. Today was the 3rd out of 4 times i have been to this location in the past few months that they would ring me up for a milkshake and after payment then tell me they cant make it and offer me a lower costing item like frozen drink or regular drink. Accidents happen but 3/4 visits is far too often for them to not know that they can't make shakes and still ring it up

Such a worst experience i never had in my life.if you placed a mobile order at night time they will take your code and they will never give your food and tell you like your code is not in our system.

Waited in line for 40 minutes with no movement, workers were talking to Taco Bell workers instead of taking orders or making food and have not given a refund on my delivery

don’t go here unless you want to sit in line for 15 minutes just for them to tell you you’re going to need to wait at least another 9-10 minutes for just one item. i’ve worked fast food, i understand it can be rough especially during a rush, but that’s just unacceptable. i try to avoid this location and will continue to.

I ordered a McChicken add cheese, and the sandwich I received had a sticker, that said add American cheese. However the sandwich didn’t have cheese. So I went back through the drive through and watched the girl at the window grab a piece of cheese with no glove and proceed to reap my sandwich with no gloves. Then she came back to the window with a smirk and told me to have a good day. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager never came. I was handed a “new sandwich” and told to have a good day. I will never eat here again. Worst customer service experience of my entire life
Went through at 7am on Saturday Nov 22, 2025 and the service was great and so quick. Young lady in the back drive thru was very friendly and the young lady in the front drive thru was friendly as well. Good job crew!!

Employees are rude. They will just flat out stare at you or ignore when you ask for something. I understand fast food is a terrible job but it’s the job you signed up for, do not take it out on your customers.

I usually just stop there in the morning at 7am for Hot Coffee and when I'm hungry a Breakfast Sandwich, Drive Thru I noticed moves very fast and so does mine, I walk inside , as I am in a Large Bucket Truck
