I asked clearly for a round egg substitution for my bagel in the drive-thru and still received the folded/rectangular egg. When I pointed out the mistake, the manager claimed he saw the person making the sandwich, which is ridiculous when the order said round egg and the sandwich I received obviously did not have one. Don’t insult customers by lying to cover a mistake. Take accountability, fix the order, and train staff properly. This was unacceptable service.

Unbelievable experience! Ordered 2 McChicken value meals via drive thru. Looked in the bag and the 2 sandwiches were missing. Told the employee. The manager came to window and called my wife and I liars. Wife went in to get refund. Manager and staff called her a Karen. Unacceptable.

the people working kinda rude and can't read an order on the screen also only filled my coffee 2/3 full witch they gave me the wrong size ordered a large not a medium prity sure its also illegal to not fill a drink to the proper oz size didn't have time to go in and complain but this is a terrible mc donalds

Absolute worst crew I’ve ever experienced at any McDonald’s. Twice in a row over the last couple months I’ve come there around 10:30 and 11:30 PM and they say they’re closed or they just completely ignore the intercom.

The service the moring(July 25) around 8am was fantastic! Not only were the drive through workers amazing both of them, but my breakfast burrito was amazing and warm! Really made my day :) they were also very fast!

My experience was 100% I came in with my 2 grandkids & they wanted to order & ms lovely took our order she was so patient with me & my roundup grandkids if your ever go to this location just know lovely is 100 awesome ,, my food was quick & she made sure we was settle before we left . Good customer service they need to keep her around

Overall the food is ok. Both steak egg and cheese bagels, the bagel was literally hard as a rock. I mean to the point I couldn’t bite into it. The woman taking my order was just rude. She had a Monroe piercing and was African American. Lady had to of had a bad day because she was just ignorant. I’ve had her take my order before. And if she is the person taking my order again next time. I swear on my momma I’ll go to a different McDonald’s.
