Thry turn the plugs for charging devices off even when they offer free wifi so people who are in the bus are far from home can't recharge and it makes traveling out of the home area very difficult!

The line is always long and when you get ya food check it then and there. They are messing the orders up and giving old food this McDonald's won't do a big Mac right to save there life. Back to Burger King. Sorry for this review but service is trash.

Ordered a breakfast mobile pickup at 10:10 get there after 10:30 they say they are outta breakfast and that all I get is my ice coffee and the man at the window was rude and was just trying push me along refused to give me a refund and said the app does that YET ON THE APP ITSELF it says I go to the store and do it and when I asked for some other food options he told me that they can’t and refused until he got a manager who was very nice and gave me something else yet no refund for something that was worth way less then what I paid too and just for proof that store refunds I looked up there policy and will be posting here. It would be great if I could atleast get my refund since i had get food I didn’t want since they refused me.

I ordered 2 Double quarter pounders w Mac sauce last night, I was told to wait which wasn’t a problem until 20minutes go by. I decide to walk to and ask for my food eventually get my food after having to wait 5 mins for The cashier to hand it to me but when I get home and open up my boxes they gave me 2 regular cheese burgers with no Mac sauce even on the burgers with a quarter pounder container. I got home really upset because it was a waste of $20. It was pretty hectic in there and it seemed a lot of people were frustrated so I wasn’t bothered much by having to wait. I’m in customer service and I understand that much. But to give me a completely wrong order and not it seems they forgot to tell me to park outside. I don’t know what happened but definitely will not be ordering from any McDonald’s ever again.
