This morning when I went to McDonald’s after everything I’d say I’d get the response “is that all” after EVERY WORD then my order WAS STILL WRONG then when me and my friend got to the window girl was being smart because she heard that we was mad and went the extra mile to say Thanks have a wonderful day with a smart ass tone and look like my friend didn’t even finish getting what all we wanted because of her we just went to Burger King then he came back at ten for two large cokes and a DIET coke and got three large cokes no diet so I came back and the girl at first window was amazing and nice she works 8pm to 4am and got my order correct. Just take your time don’t rush people because it isn’t going to help

Trifling sevice, bad attitudes, and spiteful employees. Service always horrible and food always cold. If you complain, they'll make you pay for it next time around. I will never go back to another McDonalds, Ever! Deleted the whole app. Canceled!

Always packed . And Now that Sara knows what my truck looks like she play games with my food and drinks ON PURPOSE. I've reported her and her the gross sisters off the proud family several times and nothing gets done. NOW I HAVE TO go 2nd shift.they have SENSE AND KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE . Even early in the morning the store opens at a certain time . Sara was the drive thru person and she REFUSED to take my order and hid when I pulled up to the window. so im going to keep going till I see a difference. -Rosa Parks

I have never had such slow service. We waited 15 minutes for a shake and pie and they weren't even busy! The cashier literally drug feet, acting like he was lost. Another customer was upset because the manager refused to give her a refund for something she ordered that wasn't available. 2 Door Dashers were the only other people in the store. This was one of the worst McDonald's visits I've ever experienced.

Lame....spend $30 on Doordash, Big Macs $6.50 and show up with half the stuff guess yall pick and choose what you put on them. Tried to call in and speak to a manager they don't answer the phone around there, I wouldn't either if I had customer service like that! I'd give you negative stars but I can't

UPDATE: it all depends on the team / manager, these guys offered a free large drink upgrade for the uber customer I was delivering to as she didn’t find the option to get a large drink on the app and they made the customer happy, which I really appreciate.
Old review: Unfortunately, the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever dealt with. I was doing an Uber eats delivery and asked for a cup of water which you can always get from all other fast food restaurants for free (Even other McDonald’s) but the employee refused saying the lobby is closed. Are you serious? Am I going to sit and drink it while doing a delivery? I asked him again and he just refused. Go to Taco bell, Burger King, any other major restaurant (even other McDonald’s branches) and you can get water for free. I would NEVER come here as a customer.
