UPDATE: it all depends on the team / manager, these guys offered a free large drink upgrade for the uber customer I was delivering to as she didn’t find the option to get a large drink on the app and they made the customer happy, which I really appreciate.
Old review: Unfortunately, the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever dealt with. I was doing an Uber eats delivery and asked for a cup of water which you can always get from all other fast food restaurants for free (Even other McDonald’s) but the employee refused saying the lobby is closed. Are you serious? Am I going to sit and drink it while doing a delivery? I asked him again and he just refused. Go to Taco bell, Burger King, any other major restaurant (even other McDonald’s branches) and you can get water for free. I would NEVER come here as a customer.

The first time we were there the Girl at the front cashier counter literally didn’t say a word to us until she asked about how I wanted my sundae and when we asked her for something that we didn’t get she just had this look of disgust and then begrudgingly went and got it. The second time I was there the guy at the front counter was new and he was nice and all but he didn’t know anything about anything lol and then when they brought me my food out they asked if I had gotten my frappe and I told her no and she then replied we will get it for you and then she proceeded to go to the bathroom and when she came back they still hadn’t gotten it by this time I am starting to get irritated so I then told the new guy that I needed my frappe and he thought I said fries so he went and got me a fry and told me he upgraded it to a large for the wait I said thank you but that’s not what I said and then the girl that he was working with came out and asked me what I had and she finally went and got it I literally stood there for 20 minutes just waiting on my frappe smh ??♀️

It took me over 20 minutes to get my food, after waiting over ten minutes to place the order. Others in line were waiting for more than half an hour. The staff was rude and handed out incomplete orders to a number of people.
I have never had a worse experience at any fast food establishment.

The fact that I ordered my sandwich a certain way no American cheese, only ketchup and onions... However I got everything on the double quarter pounder pickles, mustard, cheese, ketchup, onion it... I even had it on my receipt only ketchup and onions no cheese and it still was wrong beyond frustrated honestly to have to even go back up there the sandwich did get eaten because it was already late and I didn't want go back to have them even acknowledged they messed up... It's mind blowing McDonald's is a multi million dollar company however our food is never correct, everything is either broke, they don't have it or they closed earlier then usual.... At some point you would think things would be change...
