They have now raised their soft drink prices 3x in 8 months but continue to not come close to filling the cup. Today what a little over a year ago was $1.07 with tax is $2.03 with tax and there is at least an inch between the beverage line and top of the cup. Goodbye McDonald’s! Hello Sheetz!!

Manager sits my food on a tray and literally forgets it in front of me won't replace the food because it's still warm when he touched it never returning I suggest no one eating here

This McDonalds SUCKS. I spend $20-$30 EVERY MORNING on breakfast from McDonald's and everytime I go to this one on Main Street its terrible.I always get 2 sausage mcmuffins and they NEVER toast the english muffins they dont heat the sausage patty up to temp,the past 3 times i tried this one its been the same thing everytime. Not properly heating meat is a food safety concern! Not to mention when I spend $10 on 2 coffees I expect to get what I ordered and what I paid for! There seems to be a very widespread lack of proper training at this location also they only hire african american people, there is no diversity at all amongst employees! Corporate needs to look into this location, they are damaging the brand terribly.i do NOT give 1 star.it wouldnt let me make a post without at least selecting 1. Honest rating negative 5

Their food is usually godd but we just ordered a mobile order and yes it was 20 minutes before close and they refused to answer the speaker and acted as if they were closed when even the app and google say theyre open. Very unprofessional

We went through the drive through and ordered a simple meal. The woman gave us 2 small fries instead of the medium fry we asked for. She gave us 2 McDoubles when we asked for 2 mcchickens. She gave us 2 4 piece nuggets instead of the 2 6 piece nuggets we asked for. Then gave us no sauces when we asked for honey mustard. The only thing that was right was our drink

Come through this McDonald's every morning after work and heading home, usually get nothing but sugar free iced coffee with added espresso, went through this morning and ordered my coffee, when I was told to pull up the lady decided to confuse me by saying pull up to the back window which I've never heard a McDonald's worker say before so I was confused and asked her "the 2nd window?" And she replied "yeah the back window" so I went ahead and passed the first window noticing there wasn't anyone at that window so I continued to the 2nd one just to be met by the lady who took my order asking why I passed the first window and we had a little argument about her telling me to pull up to the back window and apparently she calls the 1st window the back window then when I brought up that no one was at the 1st window she said there was and started to point back at the 1st window and to my surprise someone was hanging out the window looking at me when no one was originally there, she went ahead and took my card to give to the 1st window person then decided to make remarks with her coworker about our interaction, if this location is going to continue confusing customers and making remarks about them then im no longer coming to this location, I don't need confusing and rude interactions at 7am.
