Well, this place certainly earned it's sucky rating. I had to wait 10 minutes just to buy something so I could get a KEY for the bathroom. Why on earth would they lock their bathrooms. They're just asking for an accident. As someone with a disability I'm VERY disappointed.

Ordered my food at 9:36am and as i was waiting for my food i literally seen and employee throw l someones drink at them into their car… someone came to my car after about 20 minutes with the wrong food and when inside i waited another 10- 15 minutes and went inside nobody was apologetic or anything, received my food at 10:15am.

If the employees had basic people skills, that would be amazing. I got asked to give my order then I heard the operator switch to the 2nd lane and then came back to me telling me pull around.... but never took my order. I won't even redeem my points there anymore.

It's supposed to be fast food and even when I order and a pickup which should be ready when I arrive I have to wait.. might as well go on the drive thru. There is a few people that have attitudes at the window which I always chop it up as not wanting to be at work which we all been there but there are certain tones make you question. So beware for long waits.
Service was horrible and I heard loads of screaming from within the restaurant. When I get a cheeseburger I mean cheeseburger not a fish sandwich. When I order a meal that comes with nuggets, I expect you to ask me what sauce I want, and before I'm even done ordering you tell me to pull through when I tried telling you the correct order. Never ordering from here again unless I see a new manager, employees that don't complain and moan about everything and actually care about their jobs, and basically the general disgusting grody filth of the store cleaned. This place genuinely sucks a fat one even for a low end McDonald's, so please just at this point set your store on fire or hire a wrecking ball. Only way to save it.

There were not many people inside and it took 10 minutes to get my food. It has been set on the counter in front of people and no one ever called my name out so it was warm. I watched numerous people from the drive thru come in fur mistakes. A manager also yelled at an employee that wasn't even clocked in to work to do things. She got louder when the employee ignored her. There receipts all over the floor, and messy tables. Not a clean store. Not very team oriented.
